Great greetings, People of the the Sky,
In the past, I organised 2 Tome PvP Events as part of my Battle of Tactics series. Starting now, I will split PvP and PvE.
Nevertheless -> Let's have a Tome Tournament with some special rules!
All you need to know

What is Tome?
Tome was a PvP game mode in the original BattleForge where players had to build their decks with cards from boosters.
Aka: Random cards. It often happens that you can’t play the way you like because you are missing cards, and sometimes, this leads to the birth of new strategies.
Special Rule
1. All players will have 10 general boosters + 4 Wild boosters (you can choose if you want to take a faction booster for example)
2. All Common and Uncommon cards will be visible for all players as a pool, so you can't see which player got which card.
3. All Rare and Ultra Rara cards will be visible to all players, combined with the player who pulled the card.
Organization
Since Tome requires communications with boosters, we will use my website: https://tome.t1421.de
On this website, players can open their boosters, view the cards of other players, and view Special Rules.
There is also a filter code that can be added to your "custom_filter_extensions.json" for easier deckbuilding in the game.I have made a video about the features of the page, as well as how to use it: https://youtu.be/sMLBZydTQPE
To join, you will need Discord. All Players will be on one Discord server for easier communication.

Format
Stage 1 is 4 Rounds of Swiss, which means you will play 4 matches, regardless of whether you win or lose.
Stage 2 is a Single elimination for the Top 4 players from Stage 1. We also play the match to decide the 3th place.
All matches will be Best of 3, which means you play against your opponent until one of you gets 2 wins.
The pairings will be shuffled before the start of the tournament.
Rules
1. The tournament will be held on the Test Server! Because you have all the cards there.
2. Disconnecting during a game will result in a default loss. If both sides agree, it is possible to have a rematch.
3. Not showing up to your match after 15 minutes results in a default loss. The plan is to play a round of matches every ~30 minutes.
4. After your match, go to Challenge and insert the result. This can be done by clicking on your match and selecting the winner/stats.
The brackets/match list will be updated automatically after all players have finished their matches.
5. The Map Pool is: Haladur, Simai, Elyon, Lajesh, Uro and Yrmia.
6. The map of round one will be Haladur. Against the second opponent you will play on Simai, third Elyon, etc. (I will make notes in Challenge)
7. You can only win prizes if you play your matches during the event.
8. Have fun and don’t be an idiot!Currently, Fire Wormlings can curse problems in multiplayer matches; for that reason, I sadly have to ban this card from this event.
If you happen to pull one from a booster, let me know, and you will receive a mini-booster as compensation.

Tournament Format
We play 1vs1, Best of 3, with double elimination.
So if you lose your first set, you are not out! You can make your way to the finals in the lower bracket.
The grand final will be a Best of 5. The Player of the Main bracket will have one match advantage.
The bracket will be shuffled before the start of the tournament.Rules
- The tournament will be held on the Live Server! I highly recommend using a Free PvP Deck.
- Disconnection during a game will result in a default loss. If both sides agree, it is possible to have a rematch.
- Not showing up to your match after 15 minutes results in a default loss. The plan is to play a round of matches every ~30 minutes.

well thats the problem with a point based system i guess.

I've lost 2-3 Windweavers while backing them up with 3-5 shamans just by fighting 2 towers. CC doesn't work due to yellow mo. Though I haven't tried hurricane. These cannon guys kill 1-2 windweavers with their special too. (though you might avoid fighting them with windweavers if you are really this fast.)
I did a 1000 Point run in todays Stream. Not fast or pretty, but possible 🙂

Today I have an exciting challenge for a Team of 3 Players.
All praise The Great Mage Magician.
The Challenge:
You play a Community map, a modified version of Ravens End (changes can be found in the FAQ section)
Positions 1 & 3 are Generals -> That means you can only play Units
Position 2 is the Great Mage Magician -> You can only use SpellsThe Orb-Level of the Great Mage Magician is tied to the Orb-Level of his Generals.
So if both are Tier 2, he will gain access to Tier 2 spells.The Great Mage Magician is a powerful wizard capable of casting spells of all colours.
For additional support, the Great Mage Magician can use a "Life Stream" Building in the center of the map.
Currently Fire Wormlings can cause problems in multiplayer matches, for that reason I sadly have to ban the card from this event.
Ranking:
Main Ranking:
- Finish the map as fast as possible.Style Ranking (Prizes for all teammates):
- Maximum Support: the Great Mage Magician who played the most spells.
- It's a simple Strategy: The General with the least amount of units (Both combined)
In conclusion:

Difficulty: Advanced

How can I log in the Legacy Serve?
You need to select it in the game launcher, in the top left corner:
What is the difference between the Live Server and the Legacy Server?
THERE ARE A LOT!!! But for this PvP Event, we can compress it down to:
1. All cards and maps are in the state before the SR-Team started working on them (So 2013 with Game version 400000)
2. No Free PvP Decks, instead you have all cards in your collection.Tournament Format
We play Double elimination. That means you will go to the lower bracket when you lose a match and still can win the tournament.
Best of 3 means you will need two wins against your opponent per round to claim your victory in the bracket.

After an amazing start to this year's PvP Season last weekend, more people than ever are interested in PvP.
So let's get the next event on the road. This time, it is aimed towards new players and those who wanted to test PvP but were scared of the pros.
All you need to know

Am I a Rookie?
The answer is yes if one of these applies to you:
- Do you have a Silver rank PvP or lower? ( <112.000 ELO)
- Is your PvP - Win/Loose ratio below 60%?
- Do you feel like a rookie?Free PvP Decks and Getting Started
There are free, fully upgraded decks for playing PvP. I highly recommend playing with one of these.
You can select 2 every 24h with the button in the bottom left corner of your deck overview screen.If you want guidelines on where to start with PvP, feel free to leave a message in the "PvP-Talk" channel on the official SR-Discord Server.

To celebrate the release of 4 new cards and this incredible map by @R4bitF00t, we invite you to join this release event!
How to join:
Simply win the map on the difficulty you feel comfortable with.
There is no ranking. Prizes will be distributed by random draws.
You can only enter the random draw once; sending in additional replays does not increase your chance of winning.To join the event, you just need to upload your replay to my website on the EVENT-Tab: https://t1421.de/
The Prizes scale with the numbers of players:

After your match, go to Challonge and insert the result. This is done by clicking on your match and selecting the winner/stats.
The brackets/match list will be updated automatically after all have finished their match. - The Map Pool is: Haladur, Simai, Elyon, Lajesh, Uro and Yrmia.

The map of round one will be Haladur; after that, it's loser's choice.
Against the second opponent, you start with Simai. third Elyon, etc. (I will make notes in Challonge) - The first deck lock is done by a coin flip. (/roll 1) After that, the winner has to lock in first.
- You can only win prizes if you show up to the event and play your matches.

If you joined one of my event streams, you might know that I like doing quizzes and giving away boosters.
And that's what I'm doing at this event, but I'm turning it up to eleven!
How can I join?
On the 03.05.2025 at 18:00 I will start a stream on the official SR-Twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/skylordsreborn
Everyone in the chat can send in their answers/guesses.
It all works with the chat commands, no extra page/registration is needed.How does it work?
I ask a question, and you can use “!q [your answer]” to send in your guess.
You can change your answer as often as you want in the time frame of the question -> 90sec.
After that, we check who was the closest if the answer is a number, or the fastest if the answer is text, like a Card name, a Faction, etc.What to win?
There are 2 ways to win something:
1. Quiz Boosters
Every player can get one booster if he/she ranks first in a question.
If you already won a booster that way from an earlier question, the next in line will get the booster.
2. Points
The top 5 players will receive points. (Place 1 = 5 points … Place 5 = 1 point)
At the end of the event, the 10 players with the most points collected will receive additional prizes.If no one guesses the correct answer, no one will get a booster or points!

It has been a hot minute since the last BOT, but I´m beyond happy to challenge all of you in Battle of Tactics #8 – Maximum Support. (But not for you)
The Challenge:
You play a Community map, a modified version of Oracle (changes can be found in the FAQ section)
But you don’t start the map by playing units. Instead, you start by selecting the buffs and debuffs for your run.
The more you've activated, the more points you will get but also the harder the challenge will be.
To activate a building, use the switches near it. If it is active, the switch changes to a gold chest.
Activating multiple switches of one building increases the level / up time and points.After 60 sec or after using the “GO” switch, you gain your starting energy and wells, and the challenge begins.

Spoiler1. What are the major changed compared to the original Oracle map?
- The amount of brim stone was change from 4 to 8
- The position of the brimstone is now fixed not random
- The position of the brimstone was changed
- The ritual before the boss fight was removed
- The fire tribes have been removed
- The brimstone-wagons are going to the statue as soon as you free them. (no need for an escort)

For me the hardest part is getting your T3, and not getting suppressed form the T4 Units at the last waggon

I hope you all enjoyed joining and playing along, and found the challenges interesting.
