Great greetings, People of the Sky

Welcome to the first of four PVP Tournaments hosted by yours truly in 2025.
The plan is to have one Tournament in each season, so let’s kick this off with:

How to join and schedule

The event starts on                            08.03.2025 16:00 CET
You can join till                                  08.03.2025 15:50 CET

You can join here on Challonge. (check rules beforehand)

Tournament Format

We play 1vs1, Best of 3, with double elimination.
So if you lose your first set, you are not out! You can make your way to the final in the lower bracket.
The grand final will be a Best of 5.
The bracket will be shuffled before the start of the tournament.

Rules

1. The tournament will be held on the Live Server! I highly recommend using a Free PvP Deck.
2. Disconnection during a game will result in a default loss. If both sides agree, it is possible to have a rematch.
3. Not showing up to your match after 15 minutes results in a default loss. The plan is to play a round of matches every ~30 minutes.
4. After your match, go to Challonge and insert the result. This is done by clicking on your match and selecting the winner/stats.
   The brackets/match list will be updated automatically after all have finished their match.
5. The Map Pool is: Haladur, Simai, Elyon, Lajesh, Uro and Yrmia.
6. The map of round one will be Haladur; after that, it's loser's choice.
   Against the second opponent, you start with Simai. third Elyon, etc. (I will make notes in Challonge)
7. The first deck lock is done by a coin flip. (/roll 1) After that, the winner has to lock in first.
8. You can only win prizes if you show up to the event and play your matches.
9. Have fun and don’t be an idiot!

Prizes

Place 1: 7 General Boosters		+ 7.000 BFP
Place 2: 5 General Boosters		+ 5.000 BFP
Place 3: 4 General Boosters		+ 4.000 BFP
Place 4: 3 General Boosters		+ 3.000 BFP
Place 5 to 50%: 1 General Boosters		+ a part of 6.000BFP

I apologise to all PvP brother out there that we play every day together - i may not be able to join the tourney or play the game anymore at all , After new update game is not running on windows 7 (couple players confirmed it) and i dont have the possibility to change my OS rn - Devs said that win 7 is not supported anymore and it may not work even if they try to workaround things , so yeah...... my heart is bleeding , but whatever .. 

EDIT : They made hotfix for us win 7 users so im still ON ! cya in the forge !

We should organize a beginners' cup or something. I really like PvP, but it's kind of scary playing against players who have been playing for years! XD
