    I could have said the population pattern, i.e. the manner by which each camp is populated on game start, but I thought it was clear we are not talking about the attack waves. The point is, that if the game actually spawned the amount of units specified in the code on startup, we would be talking about random maps so populated it might crash people's games. Regardless, we have no idea what caused the change. The present LS population patterns are well within the acceptable limits of their given difficulties, so we as a team have not given looking into the error a particularly high priority after we initially failed to diagnosis what went wrong back in May. We intend to look into it more at some point, but other projects have higher priorities.

    Hello,
    I did not notice exact moment when it started - it has been for 2-3 months now. 
    1) At the end of loading a map (most often)
    OR
    2) In random moment during the game
    monitor goes black, the PC crashes (no blue screen though) and restarts.
     
    It has never happened (in BF or Skylords Reborn), so it's a new issue. Dont know what kind of logs/screenshots I can provide to help troubleshoot this. The game is up to date, so are the drivers. It may look like overheating, but it happens when starting a map and CPU/GPU are not definetely not hot yet (+ it's a new issue; otherwise it would have happened before I guess).

    It's awful design decision. Now people will simply build T3 Fire orb and change it to for Shadow. Besides slowing game process it changes nothing, same with Breeding Grounds. It's especially funny to hear about design in this case, considering that players doesnt like afk waiting parts of gaming, so noone really want to wait to collect energy. Real game design wise decision would be to make SoW less powerful by making enemies more powerful. Or somehow differently instead of simple slowing game process with orb changing. 
    In community driven project players who were charged by community to make changes has no rights to make such gamechanging changes without completely open discussion, when everyone can interfere and take look how they came to their conclusions about such changes. Instead of this we got secret unanounced nerf, which wasnt mentioned anywhere, besides secret private talks. Just in good old tradition of secret Nether Warp nerf, which was stopped only because it was noticed by pro players. Most shame decision making process in modern BF story, formerly known as community driven project.
    And what about Slit Storm - how it was supposed to be used with 5 seconds charging time? Only Slow units cannot avoid it. It could be good card, if it would slow units in the area for these 5 seconds, before applying final effect.  T3 very nerfed version of T1 Nature Roots with additional Gravity Surge effect.

    Yeah changing Primeval to require 3 nature orbs really makes no sense to me its not like Watcher is so powerful that his orb requirements should be so restrictive. Bloodhorn for example is MUCH more powerful and only requires 1 shadow and 1 fire same applies to Gemeye,which by the way recieved a buff without changing its orb requirements. I wouldnt call Primeval "Trash Tier" but changing his orb requirements was just a bad idea.
    This kind of reminds me of the Batariel nerf. There wasnt even a topic in the Balance Discussions part of the forum they simply nerfed Batariel to death. Then after alot of people complained they finally buffed Batariel again but that buff was just not enough in my opinion one man army Batariel decks are still pretty weak compared to what they were before.
    The Batariel nerf was never needed because for the average player Batariel was never OP alot of casual players failed with pre nerf Batariel on harder maps either because they misplaced a spell or simply because they attacked too early and ran out of energy all it took was one mistake and Batariel died.
    Also from what ive heard Decomposer was also nerfed to death without asking the BF Community and that made alot of Speedrunnders quit. I was never interested in speedrunning so i payed no attention to that but i cant find a topic about Decomposer in the Balance Discussions section so i guess its true.
    Dont get me wrong im pretty happy with what the Skylords Reborn team has done so far but some of their decisions make absolutely no sense to me.

    Well, Primeval Watcher became 3 Green orb and Ghost Spears became 2 Green orb with
    NO BENEFIT WHATSOEVER. Ghost spears might not be Trash tier, but they're pretty much useless out of PVP and
    Primeval Watchers are now actual Trash Tier useless cards.
     
    Your feedback doesn't matter, The skylord team will announce something they plan and they
    will patch it into the game no matter how shit the idea is.
     
    Depressing.
    I'm gonna stop posting any feedback about the game what so ever because why bother?

    I use Ice Guardian alot in rPvE 9 and i never found him underwhelming. In certain situations he is even better than Frost Mage for example when dealing with Lost Spellbreakers and Manabeasts. Ice Barrier is a must have card for frost t1 anyway so there is absolutely no need to change Ice Guardian.

    I'll be frank, maybe you guys need to select your team members properly instead of complaining to lose with strangers in the hardest content the game has to offer.
    Random rPvE 10 is the highest difficulty content. Preparations have to be done, be it on a personal level or a party leader level. The same applies for expert maps like Ascension or Titans. As a party leader, you can lay out the goals of the attempt. If you cannot afford to lose, make sure your team is up for the task.
    Yes the gap between 9 and 10 is big, SR tries to close this gap, but the players also have to act according to the content.
     
    Edit: I'm just saying, if you trust random, expect random results.
    As a party leader you have always the option to kick players you don't trust. And if you're the one joining a random group, you have to account for you having other expections than the rest .

    Not sure but i think the lag gets worse the longer you stay in the Forge not in game.
    So if you spend 1 min in the Forge and then spend 30 min in a match its fine but when you stay in the Forge lag starts and gets progressively worse.

    In response to both community feedback and from testing without our PvE Taskforce, we have amended the upcoming changes to Forest Elder as follows:
    New Iteration 2
    1. Pest Plants (add to both affinities): 
       A. Poison damage: 30 dmg per second --> 50 damage per second
    2. Forest Charm Rework:
       A. No longer applies a healing buff to up to 10 units over a 30 second period. 
       B. NEW - "Every 2 seconds, friendly units restore up to 300 life points, up to 3000 in total. Also affects the caster. Lasts for 30 seconds. Reusable every 60 seconds."
    3. Class: Beast Dominator --> Beast Commander
    4. Flower Power:
       A. Nature affinity, Gifted Flower Power: no changes
       B. Shadow affinity --> Frost Affinity (Blessed Flower Power)
          - Allied units in range are not slowed by unit collision
    We have decided to add Pest Plants to both affinities after tests showed that melee-unit army compositions (Forest Elder + Colossus) struggled to be successful without heavy reliance on Thunderstorm. This should also help early T4 clears which often rely on a single Forest Elder. The Forest Charm rework is as previously mentioned and has shown itself to be much stronger than the original ability. As such, we have changed its cooldown back to 60 seconds. Given that Pest Plants is now a standard ability for Forest Elder, we decided to start from scratch and develop a new affinity effect. The goal here is to enable melee heavy Nature armies, but testing showed these were often substantially hampered by the slows generated via collision with enemy units. By removing this collision effect, Forest Elder(b) will enable melee units to charge towards priority targets unimpeded. The end result is that Pure Nature players should have two standard army compositions, one with Forest Elder(g) & Primeval Watcher and one with Forest Elder(b) & Colossus.

    I dont know how other players feel about this but the decks and strategies that i enjoy the most are not the strongest and most efficient ones but niche decks and strategies.
    For rPvE 10 this is different but for rPvE 9 and Campaign maps strong meta decks get boring fast in fact niche decks and strategies are the only reason why i still play rPvE 9 every day.
    A simple solution would be to leave the poison effect as it is or buff it but also add the increased damage against paralyzed units. Then we could still use one man army Forest Elder decks.

    Hi,
    Im not happy with the changes made to Fire rPvE. It was way too easy before the Patch and now its even easier. The only thing i like is the Abaddon nerf because he was very OP.
    The Spawn Waves are weaker many Bosses and Units have been nerfed and Flame Crystal really makes no difference because fire units die way too fast.
    Fire Crystal should provide permanent CC immunity until destroyed and even then he wouldnt make much of a difference because players would immediately focus him and then cast CC spells.
    The thing that bugs me the most about rPvE lvl 9 Fire are the weak T2 T3 and T4 bases, getting to T4 is no challenge at all its just boring usually its even easier than Bandits.
    Last week i played 4 player rPvE 9 vs Fire with a completely new and clueless player on my side, i was on Pos 3 and he was on Pos 4.He almost cleared T3 alone with just Master Archers and Northguards that was ridiculous.
    Considering lvl 9 is the second hardest difficulty setting for rPvE every faction, not just Fire should be as hard as Lost Souls, maybe even a bit harder.
    The gap between lvl 9 and 10 is just way too big, for lvl 10 you need very good players that work together especially for the harder maps, but most lvl 9 maps can easily be won with any players and any deck. 
    There should really be a difficulty level between 9 and 10 or maybe a "hard mode" option for lvl 9 that is very hard(like LS with vigils at T3) but can be won with random players.

    This thread is about the new fire enemies you face in rPvE. Ive played some lvl 9 and lvl 10 matches against them and in my opinion they are way too weak and really boring to play against.
    They are particularly easy in rPvE 9 especially at the beginning you and your teammate can just rush T3 with a bunch of windweavers. Makeshift Towers dont even have S knockback(why?) !
    The enemies you face later on are not much harder either just one frenetic assault will basically take care of an entire base. There is nothing even remotely challenging like
    Willzappers,Lost Banestones/Dragons, Windhunters, Twilight Whisperers or any CC units or units that block spells and abillities.
    The mighty Fire Faction should be at least as hard as Lost Souls in my opinion.
    So here are my suggestions:
    Give some fire units the abillity to use spells like Disenchant Inferno Lavafield and so on.
    Make it harder to get to T2 and T3 especially on rPvE 9. 
    Buff the bosses.
    Increase the amount of enemies and spawn waves.

    Sorry but what kind of woke and radical feminist bullshit is this ???
    I would even consider Battleforge to be a pretty progressive game considering it has many strong female characters.
    Battleforge is also full of half naked men like Dreadnought, Giant Slayer, Shaman, Executor and MANY others.
    Sure a stripper pole is not the best icon for her abillity but its definitly more appropriate than just a disco ball considering she creates the illusion that she is the most beautiful creature in the world and makes all male units stare at her.
    Today the whole entertainment industry is completely obsessed with virtue signaling and promoting cultural wokeness and identity politics. Everything is offensive and people getting cancelled for the most stupid reasons. This is the reason many people dont play modern games and watch modern movies anymore.
    Personally i have always been a pretty progressive person but cultural wokeness doesnt make anything better it just makes people completely oversensitive and hate eachother it is the absolutely opposite of progression.
    I am absolutely sure that the vast majority of Battleforge players just want to have a good time and do not want you to virtue signal and fight for feminism and social justice.
    I have been a huge fan of you people since almost day 1 but if you keep this up you will lose me as a fan and probably even as a player and im sure many others too.
