    Skydancer

    Compared to cards like Batariel Bloodhorn Promise of Life Unity Bloodtirst Frenetic Assault+Infect and many others which are necessary for BG LvL 8 Skydancer is actually kind of weak. A combo that i really like is FireForce(B)+Unity(G)+Bloodthirst it gives your army 40% damage resistance + slow passive HP regeneration + 40% damage bonus + 200 hp regeneration for 4 seconds for every 400 damage units deal. With this combo Batariel basically has 7000hp and 7840 attack + your army shares its hp and if thats not enough you cast Green Peace which doesnt even require ground presence to disable powerful enemies. At LvL 6 this combo would make every match boring and its 100 times more powerful than Skydancer but for some LvL 8 maps you just need a deck like this to win. If certain cards make "easy mode" too easy for you simply dont use them.
  3. When people get angry about Amii Monument and Batariel nerf they should also think of all the good things the Skylords Reborn team has done for Battleforge. They have buffed so many weak cards and also added many good ones and Battleforge is without a doubt in a much better state than it ever was before. I strongly oppose the Amii Monument nerf and of course the Batariel nerf too but i am still very thankful for all the good things the Skylords Reborn team has done so far.

I still don't understand the point of changing Amii Monument you are not forced to use it and if you don't want your teammates to use it simply tell them or add an option that allows the Host to disable Amii Monument like Dolewan suggested and honestly i have never seen someone complain about it in game like "Oh no that guy just built Amii Monument now beating the map is too easy let's leave".

I have never used amii monument but i don't understand this nobody is forced to use amii monument and it is clear that alot of people like this card and maybe some will even stop playing because of this. Like Dolewan said a checkbox that the Map leader can use to set whether to use the card or not would be a good solution or you could simply not allow the use of amii monument for speedruns achievements and events and tournaments. The new concept of amii monument sounds interesting but you dont have to change amii monument you could simply add a new card. If amii monument would be a PvP card i'd understand this but this is a very bad idea...
  6. I dont like those new difficulty numbers you should have just added the old ones. For me and many other players Advanced++ will always be lvl 9 and Expert+ will always be lvl 10.

  8. So any plans on making Bandits harder or excluding them from Expert difficulty? I have played quite a few matches vs Bandits and Bandits+Stonekin and i am very disappointed. Stonekin+Bandits at least have a moderately difficult T3 and T4 with an XL unit and Windhunters but regular Bandit maps are just an insult to everyone who is looking for a challenge. Bandit T3s and T4s are even easier than on Advanced++(lvl9) since there are no spawn buildings. In my opinion Bandit maps should either become harder or be excluded from Expert difficulty. Stonekin+Bandits are still pretty easy but at least you can look forward to fighting difficult T3 and T4 bases.
  9. Yes this is so disappointing Expert(lvl9.5) difficulty Bandit maps are WAY too easy they dont even feel like Advanced difficulty. I was so excited about Expert difficulty because i always hated how easy lvl 9 Bandit maps were and now its the same all over again. Now i have the choice between leaving and letting down my team or wasting 15-20 minutes playing something boring that offers absolutely no challenge. 😞 I am really enjoying all other factions Twilight Nature Fire and Lost Souls but Bandits and Bandit+Stonekin maps are just a massive disappointment.

Since Patch #400042 - 19 May 2023 rPvE 9 Lost Souls T2s are much easier than before the old hard T2s with 3 Spellbreakers 2 Manabeasts and 2 Lost Wanderers on the inner positions(2 and 3) have disappeared completely. To me this really looks like a shadow nerf but maybe its just a programming error or whatever you call it. Im not sure if those replays help because this is not really a bug id also like to see comments from other enthusiastic rPvE 9 players like me because im 99% sure that something is wrong with Lost Souls maps.   14. Ok so its been almost 2 1/2 months any updates? I really miss the old hard lost souls T2s.
  15. Right now i dont but ill upload one here as soon as possible. Also there is another weird thing i have noticed while 90% of lvl 9 Lost Souls maps have much easier t2 than before Patch#400042 there are maps where you get instantly attacked at t1 by Lost Spellbreakers unfortunately i dont have a replay but i have a screenshot. Edit: This was on position 3.

  17. So any update on this? I think nobody can deny that there is something wrong with lvl 9 Lost Souls.
  18. Thanks for the responses. Yeah maybe im just unlucky but all T2s of lvl 9 LS matches i have played so far looked like this: I cant remember ever encountering such easy LS T2s especially not multiple times in a row. After T2 everything seems fine.

  20. Have there been made other chages to Lost Souls besides the Lost Wanderer change? The last rPvE 9 match i played was laughably easy at T2 there were only 2 squads of Minions 1 squad of fighters 1 healer and 1 spellbreaker. That was the easiest LS T2 i have ever encountered as far as i can remember. Edit: Werent Twilight Slayers nefed too? Because now they do less damage when an enemy unit is close to them or have they always been like that? Maybe im just paranoid but the 3 lvl 9 LS maps ive played so far seemed way too easy.
  21. Yeah but why are the Forums dead nowadays? Because Discord has better features? Why not implement those features here and bring the Forums back to life? I dont know why a game with such a small community needs 2 Forums. Im my opinion they should have never started using Discord in the first place.

I have never used that site and i never will this are the Skylords Reborn Forums and all important discussions especially those about balancing changes should take place here.   23. SoW nerf hurts but it makes sense but was the Satanael Nerf really necessary? When i was playing Satanael at T4 i always had performance issues but it was never even close to unplayable. Are there any players that had performance issues so bad that the game was unplayable for them? Satanael with Snapjaw spam was a very fun niche strategy and now there is no reason anymore to use him at T4.

Im sure alot of players didnt even know about those changes before they were implemented putting notifications about balancing changes in the Events tab in game or creating a Balancing Changes tab could be a solution. In the old EA days everything regarding Battleforge was discussed on the forum id like to know what features make that Discord site so much better than the forum and why those features cant be implemented on the forum. I believe its just bad to split up the BF Community in 2 forums especially when it comes to important things like balancing changes but i might be wrong.
