    Sounds like a great idea!
This might just be what the game needs to have the people "stick" to the game instead of dropping it after a couple games, or after completing the campaign on standard/advanced/expert.

    Hello all,
the proposal has been brought up from time to time in recent years, but as far as I know it has not been discussed or followed up in any detail. This suggestion came again up during a brainstorming with like-minded.
One of the strongest factors that keeps players in a game for a long time, besides intrinsic motivation, will probably be the community. And this is where this suggestion comes in: Most games (at least) have 2 "types" of community, once the common big whole, in our case represented by forum and the official Discord - and then the small, the circles of friends and families: guilds, clans, kinships, whatever. This binding factor is missing in SR so far. In actually all games I have played over many years, or where I have returned again and again over many years, there was something like that.
Of course you can organize something like that unofficially in the background but having such a system implemented directly in the game will bring more people into such communities. You do quests together, help each other, master challenges together and chat and spend time together, well organized something like this creates cohesion. This led to long term friendships for me with people I met regularly in RL. And I heard other stories like this from friends here.
Of course, I have no idea of the technical feasibility, but it would actually not be so much needed here: A small guild window for organization (similar to the Friendlist), a guild chat, a guild tag on the name (creates common) - done. In the long run, many more features would be conceivable, but even this basic framework would be a great start, right? I don't want to overload this with the ideas from our brainstorming, but if you want more input, more features are conceivable without end.
I just wanted to bring this topic up once again, as I personaly think that this could probably help to keep players longer in the game.

Thanks for pointing out at my stream I feel very honoured!

Just to mention, I just got a big donation of 380 cards from @THE_BIG_WET to share with newer players (we said we give them out up to Gold 1Star ranks in the first step, preferably to silver and bronze ranks)
New players, make sure to hit the next stream on Thursday. Probably I will even make some extra streams to share this stuff with you. We got great uncommons, rares and even some ultra rares to share with you!

Thank you very much for these updates!
And the new artwork from SpiritAlpha does look amazing.
For me it's perfectly fine if you guys share upcoming stuff early - in the case of the tower rework I like that you are involving the community and opinions on discord 😉

Honestly I think nothing really beats good ol Juggernaut running through the enemy walls when it comes to nostalgia of the ol' Battle Forge days...

But concerning the cards...I guess my pick would've been the Bandit Walker or the Construct. Those are in a complete different level compared to most other cards due to them being mechanical in nature rather then fantastical creatures which makes the Frost deck so unique compared to the others, sure they are not the only ones to have those but they defnetly stood out the most to me back in the day

I haven't played this matchup in 1v1 since the buffs to mountain rowdy and white rangers (and nerfs to skyelf templar), but I typically faired decently (actually if I knew my opponent was pure frost, I preferred pure fire compared to fire nature).
    My usual plan is
    1. long t1, try to gain power advantage by making the frost player go t2 early, while you stay t1, then play defensively and get lots of wells.
    2. go t2 -> t3 quickly. If you have a lot of wells then it's okay if you lose a few wells here, as long as orbs stay alive
    3. juggernaut to initiate base trades and close the game
This has probably changed because mountain rowdy and white rangers are very powerful vs sunstriders, but before the buffs fire t1 is pretty effective at defending vs frost t2 on lower power levels, because frost can't outrun you to attack different places on the map. Gladiatrix just loses to war eagle, so I often find that I'm playing some sunstriders to defend war eagles even in t2. So essentially, you are going t2 only for skyfire drake and disenchant.
When you are t2, try to use as many skyfire drakes as possible. If you get a cliffing position so that gravity surge doesn't work, skyfire drake will beat stormsinger. It's really good if you can force out skyelf templars, because this makes the enemy bind power in non-offensive units which allows you to "escape" to t3 easier.
If you want to add a card to make the matchup easier, I recommend nomad (r) instead of global warming. The ability will 1-shot war eagles which lets you stay t1 much longer. Additionally, nomads are very effective at harassing frost t1.

    Hello,
I occasionally play lvl 10 with players who have no experience at this level.
I notice that most of the cases where we lose the game, it's not a question of difficulty but rather of time.
21 min.. That doesn't leave us a lot of time. I wonder if we could increase the time allotted by 2-3 minutes.
    Thx

Here are the 2 decks i use for rPVE. I think both of them are as strong as it gets.

First deck is a Batariel deck, with Nature start.

Second deck is the Bandit Banzai lord

Hello guys, I've been meaning to reply to this topic for a while now and I was thinking of suggesting a few youtubers that could be of interest

A few choices that comes to mind would be Ssethtzeentach or Mandalore gaming, but I'm guessing those wouldn't be so simple to reach (even less pay for) given their popularity, so I've got a few people that maybe could be of interest, even if it's not something the team could use in the immediate future:

    -SplatterCatGamming
    -Boomstick Gaming
    -Nerd Slayer
    -Accursed Farms

I think Accursed Farms (Ross) would be specially favorable into making a video about it, maybe even a interview with the team consindering the video he made about the game back in the day.

Nerd Slayer is pretty much self explanatory, I think he would be ideal since he covers Dead/dying games and I think he would also be a good boost if approached correctly so the coverage comes off in a ''light in the darkness'' sort of tone instead of the depressive one he gives in his ''Death of a game'' videos.

SplatterCatGaming is a indie games reviewer , but I'm assuming SR fits the description given it's position right? I think he may sitclose to Mandalore and Seth but maybe he's worth a shot down the line too!
Boomstick Gaming is also one that comes to mind and he does like games with interesting mechanics which makes SR a perfect fit for him to try out.

I'm not sure if this will be a issue regarding how you guys managed to accquire the IP from EA (not even sure if you guys have that) but if it's okay maybe they can be a start and eventualy bring bigger names to bing new blood. I'd also specially recommend you guys use those when major content is release, though I guess that goes wihout saying.

I hope the suggestion is worthwhile, I unfortnatly don't know these youtubers personally but I feel they might be a good shot to start bringing attention to the game again, at the very least let you guys know of whom may be worth looking for in the future.

All that said, have a good one guys and keep up the good work, here's hoping Skylords Reborn becomes the next hidden gem those youtubers will cover in the future.

EDIT: I've just remembered that Twitter could also be a potential source to promote the game both in it's mechanics and future contents as well.

Alot of indie devs have been using it to promote the development of their projects and to ask their followers for opinions.

I'm not sure if the team can provide content weekly but peraphs a few Concept Arts, Ideas for Future Content and, naturaly, work in progress videos/screenshots would likely be the fastest and most cost efficient way right now besides Youtube Videos.

Here's a Hashtag that is commonly used: #ScreenshotSunday
