Cool, hi.

I tried to start learning the game many times, but failed. It just goes so in depth with some mechanics sometimes (which is damn impressive and amazing), that I just don't get it lol, even though I would love to. So in the meantime I just watch Arumba play it and hope I will be enlightened one day myself.

@Eddio yea, often I find myself in heated discussions with people who think that the regressive left is the way to go (mostly when I visit people from my high school) and being called a racist, homophobe and all the filler to cheat your way to an argument victory, being presented with terrible things people have done in the past and expected to apologize for them, being convinced that less free speech = better for everyone, privilege and that shit blablabla. So I started looking into the retarded things these people support and found that presenting them with real time cases and some context sometimes brings them to stop and think for a bit rather than just spit out words that have lost all meaning thanks to those people's doing.

Damn, had I had a dog, after seeing this, I'd train the dog do the same, to entertain my jewish friends at parties. I am 100% sure all of them would just roll with it or laugh, not get triggered and sue me. You offended? Sue me. You might succeed, but you are just chipping away the leftovers of sense left in this forsaken world. Sooner or later people who find this offensive, hate speech or inciting violence agains a certain group of people will drive all of society into the ground while screaming it's only fair that we all burn together. Long live the far "tolerant" left, long live their dictatorship. I hope the pug outlives them all.

For people who don't know what's up - a guy filmed a video where he showed his dog hailing to a command "Sieg heil", which means "Heil victory", used by nazis to celebrate or do whatever stupid thing the nazis were doing. The cute dog also reacted to "gas the jews", which imo is the equal for most dogs just reacting to "hey wanna go out for a walk?". The man filmed the video to annoy his girlfriend and entertain people. He is now on trial for "grossly offensive" comments, which is basically just a big "f*ck you" to freedom of speech. Feels < reals. Deal with it, you babies. I suggest you watch the original video, I myself really enjoyed it and watched it many times, just like the "Heil Hitler" confused grandma, also to be found on YouTube. To each his own opinion, but meh, just throwing this out there.

Fair enough, it makes sense - there are developers who took it as a responsibility in exchange for money for their work. It is probably a full time job for most people in these cases, but that's different here. It's not as easy as many think, it can't be done in an evening or two and many unexpected problems may occur anywhere on the way. Add the fact that noone is getting paid for this so everyone has to sustain themselves by other means, whether it's a different full time job, school, or just other life priorities (like health), it logically comes first. I sincerely hope and believe that there is no dispute about that.

You do have a point that the exact date was shared and it should have been held. On the other hand you seem to understand its not because of laziness or lack of work ethic. I think its the opposite! All active developers are currently experiencing a high amount of workload or school tasks which are more important for them (or at least they should be) at the moment. As it is said in the update thread by Hawk, Fiki was almost forbidden to continue working for his own good. I can confirm from my view that fiki was online pretty much 80-90% of work hours, then during evenings and often up to 2 am or so. Bolrader and Boorinio too were really active and dozens, hundreds of updates and hotfixes were applied over the lask weeks. Its good that they are taking a break. I support it and if its a delay, then so be it. Is it dissapointing? Yes,  little. But taken the circumstances its more than appropriate. Look man, it could have been worse. I am hoping you and everyone with a point of view similar to you will understand and find it in you to keep believing and supporting this project. Everyone who works on BattleForge deserves it.

Noone anticipated or wanted the issues that came along but the project continues and will come to fruition soon.
