We can save the password in Battleforge. So why not autologin then?

I dont know how much work it would be to implement this functionality and if it would be worth it

This is a known issue. I reported it with a video. If you are still in a pvp group and you create a pve lobby the game will crash.

To give you an answer to some of your questions and some general information:
-> The buff gets applied to all units near the entrance zone, the exit zone does not affect units at all
-> There are 2 effects applied by nether warp: Port immunity & the specific healing or slow effect dependend on affinity
-> There is an instant healing tic once the buff gets applied which is the main reason for this interaction
-> The buff refreshes every second always applying this instant tic which doubles the healing speed
-> The max healing per target gets increased from 200 to 960.
Intended healing: Instant starting tick + 4 ticks per 2 seconds (+200 hp over 8 seconds)
Maximum healing: 20 starting ticks (1 per second) + 4 ticks per 2s (+960 hp over 28 seconds)
The speed is twice as fast, but due to the constant refreshes the duration also gets extended by 20 seconds making the healing even more valuable.
-> Cards like Incredible Mo or Green dryad suppress the port immunity, but healing is not affected by this
-> Card descriptions are bad in general. There are so many missing information like damage caps for Shadow spells (even Nether Warp has an unmentioned healing cap). I could probably name more than 100 "Features" in this game that do have an effect onto the overall gameplay.
About the balancing question: In in the current high elo environment a change is not necessary. Lyrish Nasty, Amii Phantom spam, War Eagle scream, Lavafield, Razorshard/Stonetempest are sufficient answers to this specific combo. Pure Nature ends up getting destroyed, but that is more due to the awful T1 conditions. You always lose on tempo unless the enemy makes a mistake early on and Magespam is just really good at snowballing leads.
The stategy is easy to use, very oppressive and unfun to play against though, so from a mid to low elo standpoint a change could be reasonable.

@Gwiven That system is under testing on the test server. The live server is still using the old System. write !BFP on the discord server and the bot will explain it. There was the !BFP afaik on the testserver to see the current reserve.

I initially recommended 20 games, after talking to some people in the PvP community I think 15 games per month might be even better. The activity check just should ensure, that people are still playing ranked PvP so you can't sit back after reaching a high rank without playing anymore. In fact it should make ranked PvP competitive and keep players active, but right know it does quite the opposite. Base elo is the more relevant stat to evaluate a players skill (it doesn't reflect it perfectly ofc, but is still much more important than activity) and right now the ladder doesn't do this.
For example Draken, Bubbalo and Navarr & Hightech are players, that should be listed quite high in the ladder based on their true base elo score. All of them are quite active players and they played some ranked games during the last month (23, 14 ,15, 21). They still aren't part of the top 20 due to the high barrier (R28, R56, R57, R49). With a 15 game requirement they would be rated completely differently (R6, R5, R4, R10). When I look at the ranked PvP ladder I want to see things like "who are the best players in the game?". Right now the ladder doesn't really give me that information. It is okay to exclude completely inactive players, but I still want to be able to compare the people, that are actually playing the game.
  13. Halis liked a post in a topic by MephistoRoss in UPDATE: BFP Reserves and Boosters
Actually that is not true anymore (since last patch), the server calculates the bfp gain/reserve each minute now during matches. Nevertheless thanks for proposing your own system, will look into it.
  14. Halis liked a post in a topic by macabi in PvP Rank Drops too Fast
It's true that Battleforge had similar system.
However, it was easy to find Ranked PvP games with Battleforge and therefore easy to arrive to rank 10.
However, with Skylords it is very hard to find PvP Ranked games during the evening hours (US time).
I dropped from PvP level 10 to level 3 and now I have hard time going back to level 10 because I cannot find games on Ranked PvP.
Therefore, this is a big issue.

  17. Halis liked a post in a topic by MrXLink in Happy Easter! A little help to endure the lockdowns
Heya Skylords, Skyladies, and other Skyfolk,
Spring festivities are upon us again, and this year it's a rather strange one for all of us. With global lockdowns and measures taking place against COVID-19, millions of people are currently in self-isolation at home. For those who have recently discovered Skylords Reborn, or even for those long-time veterans who want to complete their collections, we're going to giving everyone 5 boosters to endure the grind a little better in these trying times. Use them as you wish; perhaps you'll be able to try out something new, perhaps it'll give you that well-needed collection or economic boost, perhaps it's just a fun time opening them!
Of course, Easter time is something not to be forgotten, and so we're also giving all of you an Easter Egg card, as the tradition goes. You can find these gifts in your in-game mailbox to redeem and spread the happiness with!
In the meantime, now more than ever are we trying our best to get the game and the ever-awaited reset to you as soon as possible. Despite the current circumstances, we've actually been increasing progress speed in the past few weeks and we've got some solid ideas and improvements planned to head your way in the near future. We're getting there, Skyfolk, and we're going strong.
Be sure to stay tuned for further developments, updates, and status reports coming your way soon! We've got much in the pipeline.
Please do remember to stay safe, stay inside, maintain your distance, and look out for yourselves and those in need in these awkward but ever so important times.
Enjoy your rewards, stay tuned, and as always, Nyn is ready for you to be ruled and protected!

  18. Halis liked a post in a topic by Ultrakool in PvP Rank Drops too Fast
New proposed rank requirements planned to be implemented on test server soon. New requirements will be as follows:

Rank requirements are now uniform across all rarities: Commons, uncommons, Rare, Ultra rare

Rank requirement for U1 upgrade: Pve and/or PvP Rank 1
U2 upgrade: PvE or PvP rank 4
U3 upgrade: PvE or PvP rank 5

Note that rank requirements will take the highest achieved rank in PvP, not current rank, which means rank decay will not factor in what upgrades you can apply.

We were debating removing rank requirements entirely, however feel that upgrading cards in matter of U1 to U3 gradually provided some sort of more fluid progression . We have changed rank requirements to be uniform across rarities to ease the upgrading of rare and ultra rare cards in particular. Also lowered rank requirements for most cards, while balancing common card upgrades based on Upgrade level rather than rarity.

    Hey everyone,

I decided to continue my thread from the original Battleforge forums, where i shared all my solo rPvE replays with the community - thanks to @Kybaka for picking this up again last month.
You can expect regular updates at the beginning of each month for the month that just passed. I will upload most replays throughout the month whenever I get a halfway decent time on these maps. Exception being maps where an alltime speedrun record is possible - those will be uploaded at the end of the month. Cleanliness of play in the replays can greatly differ due to time investment. You can at least expect a top 3 finish for the respective month for each of these replays though.
If i play Motm level 9 maps solo, they will be updated throughout the month as I am doing those just for the sake of it.
If you have questions in regards to gameplay or strategy feel free to post here or contact me on @Ultrakool's Battleforge Tutoring server: https://discord.gg/2R7yZTS

Please note that older replays will not work due to the game being patched now. If all cards in the replay are unchanged you can fix it with the Replay Fixer Tool that can be found on the forums. If cards are changed, replays are at least as of right now not watcheable anymore - not sure if a backward compability will ever be introduced.
If you want to cast any of these videos, feel free to do so.

General naming structure of the replays:
    Motm_Month_Game mode_Difficulty_Time

You can watch the replays ingame by downloading the file(s) and saving them in this folder: Documents\BattleForge\replays.
