    As long as there aren't any one sided trades and mails this normally isn't a problem. If you still get caught by our multiaccount system, you can ask for an unban. Maybe also send us all of those account names and e-mail addresses via Discord @SR Staff Mail. So we can note them down in our database. Please do not send those addresses here for privacy purposes.

    Hello Fairas,
    the bug you found is only a known visual glitch. In reality you received your BFP, but the value is shown incorrectly. When you log out of the game and log back in, you can see, that your BFP value is correct.
    If I'm not mistaken, we already know why this happens, but we couldn't implement a fix yet.

    Can you try to play/test this in windowed mode? Simply remove the fullscreen option in the settings screen and check again. The game sometimes acts a bit weird in fullscreen. Especially  when ALT+Tabbing in and out while playing. This could cause the application to hang on shutdown.

    You can either remove the file called config.json in your My Documents\BattleForge directory or open it with your preferred editor and manually set fullscreen to false.

    Right now there's no way to upscale the UI. The game has been developed in 2009 where such high resolutions weren't a thing. We can't tell, if we ever implement support for higher resolutions since it is alot (and I mean really a lot) of work.
    One thing you can change though is the chat font size.

    Hello Skylords,

    The day everyone has been awaiting has finally arrived. After all these years of hard work and dedication we are excited to tell you we have an official release date for Skylords Reborn!
    December 18, 2020
    As you might know, we will also have a progression reset alongside this release. This means everyone's progress (this includes cards, BFP, gold, upgrades etc.) will be reset on release day. So hold back just a little if you were planning to play before release (or don't if you don't mind losing the progress). We have always said that there will be a reset on release date and it will definitely happen. If you would like to follow what we are up to and what is still left to be done before release, you can do so by looking at our Trello here.
    On another note, we are looking for new staff members!
    With the game being more stable and bug-free than ever before, and the upcoming release, we will start to look for ways to expand on the current game. This includes adding cards and maps, doing card and map balance changes, holding events and tournaments etc. And this is where we need your help. Listed below are three positions which will be open for applications. If you want to offer your help you can do so by applying in the recruitment section here on the forum. Please apply in the `Development` section and specify what role you would like to fulfill.
        - Designer: Design game mechanics related to progression/quests/rewards. 
        - Map Scripters: Fixes bugs in map scripts, and assists the map designers with map scripting.
        - Map Designers: Makes new maps, or polishes existing maps so they can be added as official to the game.

    Restarting doesn't mean that you should uninstall/delete the game from your hard disk. It simply means, that you restart the game. If this doesn't work, you should make sure, that you're using the newest version of the Updater. Check the top left corner. You should see v0.9 there.

    If you're using the newest version and it still doesn't work, upload your log files. You can find them here:
    Upload the _log_proxy_latest.log so we can check it.

    Thanks for reporting the bug. It happens, because we internally switched to another form of config file. We need to find a working solution on how to handle this special case for the MapEditor.
    As a workaround you could try to do the following steps.
    Replace the existing pcre3.dll file with the file from the downloaded BFR Client.rar archive Start the BattleForge executable with the parameter -online. Simplest way is to start a command line or PowerShell and call it like so: BattleForge.exe -online (CMD) or .\BattleForge.exe -online (PowerShell)
    The game will start up, but probably throw some errors. As a consequence you need to close the client by shutting down the process manually. However the config file will be created by the game and you should be able to start the MapEditor.

    It's coming, the day we have all been waiting for
    Amazing seeing the progress in the last months. Thougt it would take a lot of time after loosing Kubik, for working into what he did and maybe slowing down because one that took big effort and time into it is never easy to replace... but the opposite happend. You worked fast into it, didn't go low on morale and pushed on, even faster and better. Got a lot of respect for that. Strange sometimes how some negative looking events can do a positive effect sometimes
    Now i wait this little time left, beeing excited and gratefull that i will see this day. Thank you so much for the great news.

    I think you have misunderstood things, it is not you who decide what is offensive or not, it is the receiver of what you want your name to mean, this is the same for any statement or whatever you want to make. Perhaps your name is not overly offensive, but I assume your intention was to do something funny(?) here by having a name that means big boobs/breasts/funbags or whatever you want to call them and there are a lot (at least some) girls and women on this server. So, to respect them get over it and select a better name for the future.

    When does this error come up? When starting the SkylordsRebornUpdater?
    This error code normally means, that there's something wrong with your .NET Framework installation. Maybe try to go to Software and repair your .NET Framework installation.

    Yes you're right when saying that it is 0.4. And yes it updates to 0.7 automatically. You only need to manually update when you're using 0.3 since there was a breaking change and auto updating didn't work.
    For your suggestions to wrap everything in a try catch:
    I won't spend time on the current Updater since I am working on a highly improved version of the Updater which also implements a lot of logging. So the user would also be able to find issues on his own or send them to us.

    Can you please check your config.xml file in Documents\BattleForge and see if the option activatefpslimit is set to 0. 0 means no limit.
