@wratchgazer Unfortunately as stated by our developers in a post: "Losing your BFP is unfortunately permanent at this stage, however we're looking at causes of them (you can't get your BFP back though) Losing your cards in failed mailings or trades is permanent at this stage, however we're also looking into this (you can't get your items back)"

I just tried this now and it still seems to happen but instead of it not doing anything it now actually allows you to bid shows up in the list as going through (then if you go to my auctions) it doesn't actually show up.

If the server doesn't count the map as finished then you get nothing (no xp, no gold and no upgrades), but it shows gold from chests and that doesn't get count by the server. Kubik is currently working on finding out when the server doesn't count maps as finished to fix this.

Have you tried turning off your Antivirus and running the game? If that doesn't work have you tried deleting your files and re downloading them from scratch?
