It's possible but not like this. 1st card: Promo OR Ultra Rare OR Rare 2nd Card: Rare or Uncommon So its possible to get promo and rare but not promo and ultra rare ^^

Nah thats not how it works(AFAIK). It goes like this 1st card has 0.5% chance to be a promo, if not then it has a x chance to be a ultrarare, if not then it will be a rare. It is not dependent on the rarity of the promo card itself (as your example a uncommon lyrish knight or a common swamp drake). All other cards have 0% chance to be a promo. So no, it is only supposed to be a rare/ultra rare provided you didnt get a promo.

After careful thought, here is my ranking 1. Core dredge. Dude has a house on his head, nuff said 2. Shadow worm. That black tongue evil thing looks bada$$ 3. Firework looks cool(ish) and powerful 4. Deepcoil kinda looks a little bland for me, but ultimately still a cool dude
