THX for the feed back. Im totally on your side: getting new players in the event is always nice.
But keep in mind: its a event hosted by a community member and not by the SLR-Team.
I dont have the resources to send out boosters to all players.
I can only work with the 20 Boosters i get from the Team -> rank 1-10
I already put in 15k of BFP in cards to the price pool and Octochicken, Bupyc, Trando and Kapo provided a total of 18k in cards
--> But i can not plan that. Im just luck and happy that they help me out here. And im lucky that i got the Promo Construct. (which i could have sold and keep the BFP for my self 😏 )
I think the random draw for place 11 - 35 is a good middle way. (with the community support)
So players who join get something, even if they are not in the top 10. (and a Mine is more BFP the the place ten 1xBooster 😐 )
Thats why i increased the cards from BOT1 = 8 Cards -> BOT2 = 16 Cards -> BOT3 = 25 Cards
 
But as fare as i know, the SLR-Event-Team is investigating the Event-Prize-Thematic so we may see changes in the future 👍

Community events are created, run and largely sponsored by community members and as much as community events would love to give participation boosters to everyone they simply can't. Prizes are largely by community members (more than 2/3) and Ultralord put in nearly 20k worth of cards from his own personal collection. We should be extremely grateful that he not only put his time & effort but BFP into it. The bad harvest event is an official event so as many prizes can be generated as needed without anyone being out of pocket that is the main difference. Events are changing for the better to ensure there is equality in prizes between community and official events, the events team have listened to feedback and are making the changes necessary. Please continue to support official and community events

Finally gave this a few tries and I'm like taking 2x time of #1 rank... Of course I am like doing it with barely a few second when 2nd wagon safely makes it. I knew I would have to be faster but fastest time right now is getting close to when first wagon made it. No way I am getting any where close to that but I'll try to do better!

I agree withe you on that point too -> I like to open boosters too!!!
And thats the point why i dont have any left over booster, but instead i have left over cards i can share. (like a lot of other player too i guess 😅)
 
About the streams. Im not sure if you joined one of my stream, but normally i have around 10 to 20 views.
Last BOT had 30 Player joining so, my streams are not a good indicator of how much are joining.
I think the @ everyone in Discord and the mention in the CU are the best advertisement BOT.
Giveaways in the streams are nice and there will be boosters at the stream after the event.
But giveaways always slows the stream down. Player join the stream to see action and not me working out what the ingame name of a player is hehe 😐


ALSO: For an event i want to give something back to the player who joined the event.
A lot of people cant watch my stream live and watch the VOD so they would never have a chance to get anything 😞
+ i know form some player who dont like my stream (which is totally ok) but the like my events.

The SLR Team send 20 more boosters 
So players 11 and lower have a good chance to get one of them.

He has no influence what he gets sponsored, and donating a card is still better as donating nothing. See this just as the cherry on top, sponsored by fellow players.

By the way if It should be more attractive to beginners u should adapt the price pools. As example High placed should get lesser reward because anyway get that High value Promo. Like 3 Boosters would be fine. Split the booster so that it would slighty Increase for Top ranking in BFP value gain. So that the lower ranks also get more rewards. I play a lot with a community and also a lot of new players. The Bad Harvest event was a good example, how Prices Could have worked. It was fun even for the newer players, because they said we want to get at least 3k points or Hey help me get 7k points for more booster. I think if everyone gets Booster, a lot of more players would do it. 

An example:
Place        Reward
1               Construct (Promo)+2booster
2               Rogan Kayle (Promo)+2booster
.....
everyone that take part will get A Booster, just for sending in replay. That Booster doesn't count into Price pool what means as example place 1 to 3 get 3booster. All below rank 11 get one of the Random card. If there isn't enough players for the Price Pool with the Random cards they get randomly chosen.

So the beginners would say ok I will do it just for the booster and the Random cards. A lot of players will see ok it is doable and i can optimise it a bit. So a lot of more players would take part of it and enjoy the event to be better or at least better than their low level friends. Like a small competition between the newer player.

Only 3 Rules:
•         Play the Map: Treasure Fleet on Standard Difficulty
•         Finish the map with a victory without losing any gold wagons
•         Build all 20 Power Wells and all 4 Monuments on the map as fast as possible
 
Ranking
The time determining your rank stops when you start the construction of the last Power Well/Monument. Note: “Build” does not mean it has to be kept alive, see FAQ at the end of the post.
The key is to invest as much as possible into your economy while keeping the gold wagons safe.
 
I forget to check the time when I built my last well/orb, do I have to rewatch the replay?
No, because the funny BOT-Website returns for the third time!

You can upload your replay and the website will tell you:
     1. What time will be used for the ranking
     2. If and where you missed a Power Well/Monument
     3. What Power Well/Monument was built at which time and where
Of course, the website is optional! You can join without using it to check your replay.
You don’t enter the event by uploading, you have to send me your replay via the Forum or Discord!
 
Is it possible to see how my run is performing?
For the final 3 Days of the event the “RANK” tab on the website will be activated.
Here you will find the best run of each player, the list is anonymous but you will receive your pseudonym after uploading a replay.
