Germany has some crap called gema which makes lots of music and other stuff on yt unavaiable in germany. In other words he couldn't listen to what you posted so he obviously couldn't rate it either.

oh true, I have a couple of videos that became restricted only in germany, use a vpn or one of those sites that let you watch restricted vids

I'm impressed with that speed of speech. Not sure if sped up or not.
As fun as it is I've got to give this a 6/10, not really any music in that aside from some bass. Vocals are pretty okay, reminds me a bit of Klonoa...

This is actually a vocaloid song, and this is how fast Miku sings it, she just immitates her, you can look it up, it's not sped up at all lol
