removing maps wont fix the problem with unbalanced cards,you want to remove Wazhai cause of phase tower spamming,fix phase towers dont remove the map.

Amii monument being T3 is where it should be. First, it takes up a precious slot in your deck, second, it does cost more upfront investment to get to T4 than actual T4, it doesn't entirely obsolete your T3, since you still need to be able to survive until you can pop it, and then survive the investment, it also doesn't provide you with additional energy supply like breaking through to your actual T4 would. The card requires quite some skill to use effectively, and a very good player to make it even remotely "gamebreaking" (except encounters with twilight and soultree, but who cares). The fact that there can be only 1 on a map prevents most abuse cases (and screws over decks that solely relied on AM).
The card can be balanced further though, like slightly increasing the cost of picking an orb, or introducing an additional tradeoff, like 10% slower void power recycling as long as an the monument is in existence. Putting this card in T4 would render it trash instantly (except for maybe casting enlightenment -> amii monument and angrily holding out a middle finger to all those who advocated this solution).

i did and that idea has nothing in common with amii monument ,even if you build it does not mean you will win the map.

I dont think it is that op as some say. Yeah, sure... it's very good card in certain scenarios but it's not op at all. If it was so great then everyone would use it, also look for price, why isnt it like 1,5k++ ? I think we should keep it as it is.

i like it because it allows versatiltiy in my decks, a Twilight deck for example that can actually use a Juggernaut or Fire Dragon, hell even a Thunder Wagon or Abyssal Warder without having to sacrifice the T4 Twilight units like Abomination or Skycatcher, without Monument i wouldnt be able to use T3 or T4 cards that have a color requirement of 3 orbs

for me its mostly for adding more units, buildings or spells to my T4 so that my deck is capable of doing alot more things, but i still use some T3 units because they can still be useful, even in a T4 army

There is no reason why booster ratios shouldnt be buffed during test phase. That way more peoples would test all cards, also more peoples would play if they knew that they dont have to grind for decent deck that will get wiped anyway.

There is a reason why booster ratios aren't buffed. We're trying to simulate Open Beta economy as close as possible because we certainly don't want to end up screwing the entire market over. In the end, all rewards and gains are boosted by 244% (according to MrX, and if I recall correctly). However, your point is good too, I'll propose this for discussion.

I agree that collecting card is part of the fun, up to a point. What I would like to bring attention to is that "chase" or "hunt" cards are also necessary pvp card. Futhermore, before you can play pvp you need a pve deck with upgrades to farm gold and daily quest. Together this is gating pvp behind hours of grind.

in old times ,first you played all the maps to understand the game get cards and upgrades and later start pvp games.for all f2p players pvp happened much later after they started playing the game.

While this is true, the inability to get the 'standard' cards might make players opt for interesting alternatives. The main problem is in my opinion not the rarity of the cards; the main problem is some cards just being objectively better than others. If the cards were more balanced, we would have a lot more interesting options, which might make pvp a lot more attractive for a lot more players. As for me personally (not being any good at pvp): seeing interesting strategies is basically not viable unless you have a massive power lead, in which case you would've won anyway.
imo: balance >>> card rarity

Well, the price of cards will directly depend on the supply, which depends on the cost of boosters and the amount of bfp you can get per day. So if you could buy 4 boosters per day (based on daily quests), then the price of coldsnap would drop tremendously.
