  5. well, i only have micrososft defender thats about it but what should i do now that the dll seems corrupt? is there anyway i can download the dll without reinstalling the whole game?
  6. Triggered the bug now when my laptop battery ran out of power. So obviously when laptop ran out of juice I was kicked out of the game, but the client is just frozen there. So I go to task manager Closed the game etc. Oh noes, Can't relog in. Bug triggered. Game and Client still running message. Swear to god this would not be so frustrating if I could just use the idiot's solution of just resetting. I can't reset immediately obviously, my computer is usually doing something more important than this game.

  11. Hello, I would like to report a bug I assume. Progress of achievements Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger and Master of the Forge is showing me that my highest ranking is rank 3 on KoTG. However I am 2nd on Introduction and 1st on Siege of Hope. Could you guys please fix the issue so my progress is not lost? Thank you

  13. Do you have an Anti Virus program? If so you have to make an exception for the installation folder so it leaves it alone. AV often randomly triggers on Skylords, which can happen again with updates. The Skylords launcher functions in a way that triggers some AV. But it's harmless for the user yet necessary for the game to work. By default, the game is meant to send your login credentials to the EA server, just like every other always-online game communicates with the official server. However, EA shut down the official server, there is nothing to communicate with. And without the EA server the game cannot function at all, it's dead. In order for this project to work it needs to use a technique that "steals" the login credentials that you enter when logging in and reroutes them to the Skylords Reborn server instead of the non-existent EA server. So to be clear, what is being taken are the login credentials that this project already has from you signing up. And those are being sent to the SR server instead of the EA server. Otherwise the game would just try and fail to connect to the dead EA server and not work.

  16. Can not log on when I try I get a warning Trojan virus severe
  17. I get this error which says that pcre3.dll is iether not made to be run on windows or that it is corrupt. Proposed solutions are to reinstall software or contact sysadmin etc etc. What do you propose i do?
  18. In my case, it was Windows Defender Antivirus that moved pcre3dll to quarantaine. To lift the quarantaine and to create an exeption within Defender (to prevent future scans and quarantaines), I found the following instructions by MS support: Step 1) In order to restore the file out of the quarantaine, and bring it back into the Skylords Reborn folder - i.e. via -> protection history English Deutsch Step 2) In order create an exeption within Windows Defender Antivirus: English Русский Deutsch Francais in my case, i choose to create an exeption for the whole Skylords Reborn folder.
  19. NAME: Game Crashing during RPVE and my antivirus seeing Skylords Reborn as a threat "Trojan.Gen.MBT." DESCRIPTION: Over the last few days my games during RPVE have crashed (games freezes then crashes and kicks me out, and I have to log back in) and also my anti-virus (Norton) has been seeing the game as a threat called "Trojan.Gen.MBT." and prevents me from logging into the game. I have to go into my antivirus multiple times and make an exception so I can log in. I am not sure if the crashes and virus issue are related or not, but I can create separate threads if needed. REPRODUCIBILITY: Crashing has happened twice in the last two days. Virus issue keeps popping every time I logon. SCREENSHOT: LOG: log.txt ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Both issues have started happening around the same time.
  20. A great event/map, I had a blast trying to speedrun this! One sidenote was the engineer ai. Pretty much the whole speedrun part was revolved around manipulating the engineer ai, which made results total random at times.. Great job anyway, had a lot of fun!
  21. For everyone excited about this map, the same map designer who created "A Town in Need" is one of the people working on our new official campaign maps. So you will see more from him very soon.
  22. Antivirus moved it to quarantaine probably - you need to take it out and add exception. Worked for me instantly.
  23. Options B and C are impossible. We have tried to change it so that players can add multiple buildings to a group and still use the abilities but we have been unsuccessful. The reason Bedrock's abilities disappear when you have multiple is because the spawn ability was originally from a building and it keeps the same limitation. Option A is possible, it is mostly a question of balance and if we want shrines to work like that. We have discussed making Cultist Master having an auto-cast summon ability to enable Furnace of Flesh + Cultist Master to function autonomously though less efficiently, but we have not pulled the trigger on that as an idea we want to implement at this time.

  25. Gotcha option B not possible due to an inability to make map specific abilities and it being unviable implemented any other way. Thanks for clearing that up. Hopefully A & C see better luck. Edits (I didnt mean it as in 4 switches activate 1 spell in levels although that would be cool, just 1 would do a mini shrine of memory, 1 would do a mini shrine of war, etc) I didnt mean it as a card in this sense, just a toggleable "Amii building" like the switches that toggle doors ,gates and teleporting. maybe at t3 orbs 1 could have a mini shrine of war and the other shrine of memory, and at whichever % or original to make it balanced, that was my suggestion, Sorry for my lack of clarity.
  26. oh you just misunderstood me I think. What you call "global persistant buff" are at least 2 "abilities". ("ability" the game's terminology for any non instant effect, to simplify the definition, and "spell" is an instant one time effect) 1. ability is relatively simple make another ability apply to all players 2. ability will do the actual thing, but to do actual thing, which might be complicated chain of abilities... so for a card with 4 upgrade levels (0, 1, 2, 3) such thing is at least 8 new abilities, that will need to be maintained. (Not saying it is impossible, just pointing out the ammount of work) And as I said before there is no way for ability to behave differently based on map, and I do not think, that we should even try to add such thing, because it would only lead to a confusion, why card does not work on map X like on map Y.
  27. Making artifacts spawn in RPVE that would give teamwide buffs like a mini Shrine of war, shrine of memory or wheel of gifts buffs when activated, that way its locked to the game mode and a global persistant buff. (like the Amii Switches or the wheels in Acsension)
