  2. @Kimahri1980 Some other players with similar issues were able to fix them by using a VPN. Could you try playing with a VPN and letting me know if you still disconnect? A good free one would be: https://protonvpn.com/
  3. @MozillaFox Have you been able to fix this issue? I assume you could probably prevent this by playing in windowed mode instead of full screen, or by disabling the sleep function.
  4. Please reproduce this error again and provide some logs. They can be found in Documents\BattleForge\Diag\_log_proxy_latest.log. Can you make sure that your Documents folder is not on OneDrive, and that you have write permissions for the Documents\BattleForge\map folder?
  5. With the new composed level 120 PvP decks there will be no grind required in order to play PvP !
  6. Can you please provide more information, it works for me. What map are you trying to download? What error do you get? Did it work before? Can you make a video/screenshot?
  7. That's the whole point, it's bugged (hence why this is a topic in "Report a Bug"). I provided the values the game actually uses. It's supposed to be 0.45, but the original developers put 0.55 by accident.

    Please provide more detailed information, otherwise it's very hard to help you. - How often do you get disconnected? - Do you always disconnect in the loading screen? - Since when do you experience these issues? - Do you consider your internet to be stable?
  9. @guta67 Ok awesome, let me know how it goes on the test server! After that, could you please try playing with a VPN on the live server? I had some other players where the disconnects stopped if they played with a VPN. A good free VPN is ProtonVPN. Would be nice to know if it also makes your disconnects stop.
  10. Please keep in mind that we only changed the booster prices and the required time to earn the daily boost one week ago, so we need to wait one more week for data if we want 2 weeks worth of data to look at
  11. Could you please send us your logs whenever you get the connection issues? We're still not 100% sure what causes them. Do you happen to have Valorant installed? If yes, you could try to disable the Vanguard Anti-Cheat to see if the issue improves? There are some players where this Anti-Cheat has been causing these disconnect issues.
  12. I guess you can try renaming/deleting the Documents/BattleForge folder, so it generates a new folder when the game starts. Can you please double check that your files are NOT on OneDrive? We did not change anything about this in the last patches, so with most certainty this was not caused by any recent change on our side.

  14. Could you try letting the game stay open for like 10 minutes after it freezes? That might yield some useful data in the logs. Do you happen to have another computer where you could try to run Battleforge?
  15. Very interesting results, could you please also play a couple of matches on the test server (with Vanguard turned on)? The other player with these issues does not seem to disconnect there.
  16. Yeah unfortunately it isn't completely up to date. I'll export more accurate card data from the game database once I get the time, but we don't plan on changing the API format. So you could start using the API for your application
  17. @Loriens The error you sent should be fixed after the latest patch. @macabi If you get this error again, please make another bug report, I'm moving this to archived since this report is quite old
