fact is, that if there are casual players in it, it isnt a speedrun anyway. Speedrun hunting for best times u cant do with randoms

many players reason is the gold and XP abuse with speedrunning (this time it is Bad harvest). Why not fix it with change the system of gold and XP given? There are already some proposonals how this could look like.
my fav. btw is the one with each orb give 1k gold in total per map. if somone is BH speedrunning there would be 6 orbs (4 start orbs 2 taken, amii do not count here) so total amout is 6k gold / 4 players = 1333 gold each player. like this SPeedrunning is not popular anymore for gold farm. Same for XP givn. There it can loock like: 4 player start map, 16 orbs everyone is t4, so 16 orbs gives 100% XP if there are f.e. only 8 orbs, only 50% XP given (or maby even less) so badharvest also only give 1500-1700xp in a speedrun. but like i said. Less is also ok, cause the speedrunners do not run for gold and XP. I hope everyone agree with me. Its the casual playerbase who abuse the gold system by "speedrunning"
Remember, Fixing/removing Decomposer wont fix the problehm with gold and XP farm. there are maps like f.e. Convoi where >5min run can be done without any decomposer. (shown on our Youtube Channel by lebo and D2P, link below) so may u ask yourself what u guys want to be fixed. Top players will stay top anyway, if they decide to play after chanches, Speedrunning isnt about, how can i use decomposer fast, but i think u guys know this.

if pos3 is to hard for a single one, pos 4 can suport him verry well. As always for expert maps, if it seems to hard, communication will help.

simple trick, this is a "know bug" about the game. Just stay out of range of gold chest, and spawn new unit in range of goldchest, after this spammklicking only with the new unit on the gold chest. usualy (for me and known players of myself) do this work verry well, even if we take a goldchest in a base with many enemy units, it is possible

i do not think anybody is angry about you. Its just seems like the devs dont have this on high prioriti...i just hope that we get booter befor Covid ends

U can also Try to just delet the Ocean map in the MAP folder, it should redownload it after u starting Launcher. U can also Try a diffrend Langue, maby with f.e. French its not crashing?

there is already a funciton in the settings. But u need to restart after changing it.

its just natural that many player just play "thebest/fastet" ways like a batariel or a spelldeck. There are (sadly) not many players plaing with "fundecks"

If i can help map artist and developers, by testing the maps, i would like to help. I have a huge knowlage about the game, some freetime to usw it for this. If English only is needet Deepl will help me
I like to give constructive feedback and i also like to try things that are not in the best interest of the developer, the find maby bugs/glitches/Desingfail and more.
I also have some experience here in the skylords in this regard, since I had tested for emma and Lebovin one or the other map and also gave feedback on it.
I also worked on some maps a little by developing and desing, so i can maby give even more constructive feedback.

ps: please don't be put off because I am one of the speedrunners. I would look at the maps from the point of view of a normal player, but if necessary also explain aspects from the point of view of a speedrunner.

Maby if u can creat a 2nd acc with your curerend Email with disablet Trade functions? (no marketplace, no messages trages, no direct trade) witch make it IMPOSSIBLE to give away the cards. and then the only way u can spend your BFP is Buy new booster packs.
maby this could be a idea?

disentchant, earthshaker, any other dmg spell with enough dmg to kill this trash building. Or just enough units in your army that not every single one get CC

i will be on it if my sunday stays free. Woulb be cool if not every 2nd weekend a PVP turnament is coming up, maby sometimes a PVE turnament? Most turnament have the winner even before start, anymays

didnt you stopped playing this game? why do you care?
Skylords have the thing that 1 player can share his energy to another player. This makes this game unice, like many other staff it have in it. Sadly Decomposer is the ONLY way to share energy. If u remove a thing like this, Speedrunning would be chanched significant. In my opinion, this would be far too big an intervention to justify "it's OP". Maby think about changing reward system, that speedrunning is noth woth for doing it for Gold and XP would be a solution. Like this Speedrunners wound get mad, cause they to not care about gold and XP, they just hunting for fast times, and Casual players stop using it cause it not worth anymore.
We already told many solution how the XP/Gold Rewarding system could look like, if this would be nerved.
