2nd Card: Rare or Uncommon

Nah thats not how it works(AFAIK). It goes like this
1st card has 0.5% chance to be a promo, if not then it has a x chance to be a ultrarare, if not then it will be a rare. It is not dependent on the rarity of the promo card itself (as your example a uncommon lyrish knight or a common swamp drake). All other cards have 0% chance to be a promo.
So no, it is only supposed to be a rare/ultra rare provided you didnt get a promo.

After careful thought, here is my ranking
1. Core dredge. Dude has a house on his head, nuff said
2. Shadow worm. That black tongue evil thing looks bada$$
3. Firework looks cool(ish) and powerful
4. Deepcoil kinda looks a little bland for me, but ultimately still a cool dude

Don’t you maybe wanna Open this up for the public? It might be something fun for them to contribute towards while waiting for OBT.
(haven’t discussed with the team purely my own opinion)
Also I’m not sure if you did check out there has been many threads about quests/achievements maybe you’ll find some ideas there
