dreaddy
Hi, I wrote a replay archive based on the replayparser I made last weekend. http://replays.bfleague.com/ Uploading a replay takes about 5 seconds and all values are filled in automaticly, so I hope for many uploads ;). The design is quite ... "basic". I'll improve it, should the archive get some attention. Kaldra
Very simple and nice! I would put in a simple bootstrap design over it, if you don't mind?
dreaddy
That would be great. I could invite you to the github project if you send me your account.
Dallarian
It even counts APM! I am happy to see it working. It currently has some problems with displaying Orbs, and takes a bit of space - a few more replays and it will get very difficult to find something in here, but you already implemented filters I guess it's in early stage of development, so I will feel free to drop some ideas and inspiration: Starcraft replays upload website, has a nice and clean layout: https://drop.sc/ Another tool for Starcraft replays, which automaticly analyses replays - so has same purpose as your website: https://sc2replaystats.com/replay/16682806 While I know nothing about such coding, possibilities of BF replays, and difficulty of the task, a few information could be really nice to see, for example graphs of power bound in units / buildings, total power, total destroyed power and so on - please forgive me my ignorance in IT. I am aware it may be impossible to do, I am just dropping ideas. Consider including game version of the replay - as we get balance patches old replays become unplayable. until further notice I am happy to see such tool to be alive and working! ^^ Edited January 27, 2021 by Dallarian
dreaddy
Thanks for your feedback. What's wrong with the orb display? About the possibilities: I could show the cast order like 0:03 Firesworn 0:05 Sunderer 0:12 Mine But the replay does not contain the destruction of things. So I can not say how much mana is used and which buildings/monuments/units are still alive without simulating the whole game. And that's a little out of scope ;). The version check is in there. As soon as a replay with a higher version gets uploaded all other replays get a deprecated message and are ignored on searches unless the box is unchecked. Ultrakool
Can you upload multiple replays?
Speed112
Also it would be really nice if you could edit the description of the replays you uploaded. Although I guess that would require a lot of additional steps to attach replays to people. Great job so far, though! Hopefully more people share their replays, especially informative ones like expert PvE clears, fast rPvE clears, and PvP of course An auto-uploader tool would be really useful to make adding replays more convenient. Something simple that scans the replay folder for any new replays since last checked, maybe at the end of a game session, or triggered manually. When it finds new replays it automatically submits them and asks you for title/comment. You could select/deselect which replays to upload, or just have it upload every replay by default with no comment. This would help a lot with uploading bulk replays, because some people might play a dozen games in a session and uploading them all manually, one by one, gets quite tedious after a while. Editing the desciption would require a registration. And then things get more and more complicated for the uploader. And do you think the uploader want to upload everything and install an app on the computer?
