  1. Well you can also just use this as a tower. Your only option in fire nature. It's ok but not exactly great either. Otherwise you can use the CM strategy. Pretty decent but can get laggy when you're having to many bugs.
  2. This card is more of a comfort choice for me personally. I really don't like to play units dazed generally, especially not into fights, especially when the deck is unitbased and not spellbased (f.e. Fire Nature decks). Twilight Warfare is just the card for that. The other abilities are not really worth mentioning tbh. The bonus damage against structures can help by cleaning up a base, or focussing down the spawn building but it reallly is nothing that will make much of a difference. Same goes for the Lifesteal - that is especially true when considering that this card requires a nature orb which gives you access to heals such as Equilibrium or later on Regrowth and a fire orb which gives access to SoW and the best void manipulation in the game. Spamming heals and damage reduction spells is totally possible with this deck as long as you kill a few units. It will not win you games generally, neither will it make you loose anything. Pretty much a neutral factor that will be picked due to personal preference and not due to it being so strong that you basically have to use it .
  3. we did pvp i cant remember that at all.
  4. Good luck with that then Uh i think i remember that one - wasnt that when thugs were completely broken?
  5. Pretty sure there were faster times for quite a few of the maps when soul splicer+ fof+ embalmer, sc and the likes were avaliable Would be nice if you could share the fastest time of those with us to get those right
  6. NAME: Got an Upgrade for a Promo card SEVERITY: 3 LOCATION: Post Game Lobby/ Upgrade Screen, Inventory REPRODUCIBILITY: once so far DESCRIPTION: After finishing "The Soultree" on expert difficulty i got an upgrade which was completely white. The card name could not be identified - (TNF: (ID:0/Card/Name/). I checked if this was just a bug in the upgrade screen of the post game lobby, but the upgrade was also in my Inventory even after relogging. By rightclicking on it i was able to use the upgrade - ultimately it seems to be the case that i got an U3 upgrade for Lyrish Knight Promo. Certain pictures where whited. I was also able to get U1 and U2 with tokens which i was then able to apply to the promo Lyrish Knight. Depending on which upgrade i wanted to apply different Lyrish Knights in the Upgrade screen got whited. 7. You can not prepare for everything. New players often make rather stupid decisions - at least from the perspective of a veteran. Those upgrades would still help them finishing maps though. So i think that would be fine
  8. I played Encounters with Twilight (Standard) 3 times so far and the game crashes every time for me. I did not receive any gold upgrades or EXP. Edit: did 5 runs of Soultree and got no rewards for the last 2
  9. The best beginner T4 unit due to being XL and having okay stats. A really simplisitc unit though as it doesn't have any ability. Generally you will find some other T4 units that will fit the deck better, but it is by no means terrible to use Giant Wyrm. Had some relevance in speedrunning on the maps of Passage to Darkness and Dwarven Riddle. Due to low orb requirements, and good single target attack for focusing out single targets with Unholy Hero.
  10. As mentioned this card's only real use is for onshotting bosses in speedruns. Some maps that come to mind are Titans and of course Bad Harvest. Other than that there is definetly better options in terms of t3 cards that I'd prefer anytime over Mutating Frenzy. Especially Ashbone Pyros or Cultist Master are very decent cards which outclass Mutating Frenzy generally. Overall a card with very specific useages but definetly far from being a good choice if you're looking for a card that does well in a lot of different scenarios.
  11. This is just not a good card. I guess you can make it work in rPVE with frenetic assault, infect, netherwarp and heals but then again you can make probably anything work with those cards. Melee and L is just a massive disadvantage and makes it pretty useless in almost any T4 scenario. They are pretty much dead before they can attack anything in any bigger base unless you give them massive support. I would much rather play Ashbone Pyros and dont get t4 at all - saves 300 Power as well. While Giant Wyrm is generally the best F2P t4 card due to it being XL even Rifle Cultists and Tempest - was it called like that? - are superior. Rifle Cultists got their Dark Grenade which is pretty good with Unholy Hero to evaporate structures or unit cluster from long range or over walls even Tempest can be used in some scenarios. Definetly not optimal but i'd much rather have them than Emberstrike.

  13. I generally really preferred Forsaken over Nox-Trooper simply because it takes to long to kill squads. In regards to speedrun they are only really better than Forsaken when facing knockbacks at t2. Basically you only ever want to have them when facing Stonekin t2 with Crystal Beasts (or whatever they're called) or when facing Lost Souls Vigils + tower. Not 100% sure about Twilight Hags but i am 80% sure they also have M-knockback in which case Forsaken are the better choice. At 4 player rPVE speedruns this is basically irrelevant as you only really need Skeleton Warriors as you get enough assistance and only really have to stay alive with those units. For Anti air you get access to DA which are superior to Forsaken and Nox.
  14. Apparently yes Feel free to revive with a card suggestion tho
  15. at least after the changes to wog, sc, splicer+fof combo im pretty sure that his time was about 20 seconds faster than what anyone else did. might be 8:30 then.
  16. that one was made by @Wolfierce and i think it was something like 9:30 what time did you get in your run?
  17. should be in the low to mid 10's if i remember correctly, but i might be lying here:P
  18. are you actuall chooisng every song manually or how are those songs chosen otherwise?
  19. Way inferior to Tunnel-Burrowing Ritual and Portal Nexus as the retreating location is way to "special". Even though the power costs are lower the fact that you can not choose the loaction to teleport to is a major disadvantage - unless the closest monument is (luckily) directly on your destined path it is just terrible. Even for defense you kinda have to be attacked at the closest monument to make use of it and if you didnt finish the job at the units location Portal Nexus and Tunnel is still much better. At the very least you should be allowed to choose the monument you are retreating to - and even then its use is limited. At least you can use it then to teleport units around the map.
  20. Quite helpful in Convoy in combination with Undead army to cross the canyon. Never liked it otherwise.

    Anime!

I watched ablut 4000 episodes of anime. I think it is a great medium as it can express things that are otherwise hardly possible. Also in terms of depths and plot there clearly are (at least) some pieces which can clearly hold up to Hollywood movies - for example Ghibli movies. Sadly anime is yet to be recognized as a medium that can give interesting views on complex topics and is rather just viewed as childish as it is somewhat similar to the western cartoons which are specially made for childs and whenever there is anime in tv those shows are speaking to the exact same audience. ( Sorry for that monster of a sentence) What really bothers me lately are shows that have unfinished story lines and are just produced for advertisement of the original content ( Manga, Light Novels). Those shows generally do not even try to cover up that the plot is not finished and almost randomly stop somewhere. Also i would much rather have a few very good shows in a season instead of 30+ shows but most of those are at best mediocre as those cut away resources. Obviously not every anime has to be a masterpiece but the good old times with 25 episode animes are much more preferable imo. Basically give me a few good 25 episode animes which have a clear ending in its plot instead of a lot mediocrity with unfinished storylines. Thanks.
  22. Is there actually any point arguing about this? I mean just because considering Legend of Korra Anime or not the show doesn't change at all, right? Also i am quite curious what you would do with the original Transformers anime - created and broadcasted in the US but a lot of influential japanese animators worked on that one. Good luck defining that one.
