There are some cringe worthy moments in there for sure And yeah, I agree with @SilenceKiller99 that they weren't THAT bad, they actually contain some useful, very basic information for new players. That being said, the tutorial could be better...

Every member that joins for the first time must create an account. The next time you join the server with the same username it will ask for the password you gave it earlier. This is to prevent people from logging into other people's accounts.

Also, if PVP is not accepted in the world, why not just allow PVP in one specific area of the world ?

@InsaneHawk What does PVP exactly consist of? Killing the enemy and stealing only the items they had in their inventory ? Only killing them ?

I guess one would also have to add a login system ? Since you are logging in when you enter the server and not when you login to your premium account.

@anonyme0273 You probably know this, what are the disadvantages of making a cracked server (instead of a premium one) ?

As far as I know this is because you don't have a premium account and are using a cracked launcher.

That'd indeed correct, I seem to have forgotten that while writing my first part so just ignore it, thanks. That being said, It doesn't change what I said in my secondd part though.

Besides, as mentioned in Link's thread, there will be 3 quests: Generic Type quests, PvP quests and PvE quests. Each member will receive 1 quest of each type per day and you can reroll one quest with a 25% penalty to a Generic Type quest. Imagine I absolutely hate PvP and never ever want to do a PvP quest. Chances are I will always reroll the PvP quest into a Generic type quest, which is a quest that can be completed within any gamemode. Besides of me having a more enjoyable experience completing the quest, I will also receive 75% of that quest instead of 0% (assuming I don't complete that quest since it's a PvP quest). Since the amount of PvP quests is the same as PvE quests this also applies to PvE players, meaning that instead of receiving nothing you still receive 75%. This system does in no way penalize PvP players more than PvE players, or vise versa, since the rerolled quest is a Generic type quest, which can be completed within any gamemode.
