An misunderstood joke. Happens. Only problem is that some people might take even the craziest stuff literally and officialy, then spread it and it soon may be late to fix the reputation/official statement damage.
People won't check to see if it's 1st of April and thus not understand it may or may not be a joke, so please, be carefull with these comments
