In english it says: "All friendly units in 25m radius take only 10% dmg. 85% of the remaining damage is absorbed while the rest will be transfered to the caster." In german it says "Alle verbündeten Einheiten innerhalb eines Radius von 25m nehmen nur 10% Schaden, wobei 85% dieses Schadens auf den Wirkenden übergehen." If you translate that, it means something like this: "All friendly units in 25m radius take only 10% dmg while 85% of that dmg will be transfered to the caster."
