Urban Planner Budget Guide

Hello Skylords,

After doing the Pure Nature Guide for the Promo Manawing, I also set my mind on the challenge to do the Urban Planner with a severe deck limitation: Only one deck for all maps, and as cheap as possible. I came up with the following deck:

I took 69 minutes from my life but I managed Sundbrige solo for the Urban Planner Challenge
