The chance for getting a promo has always been 0.5%. Promos are seemingly way more common than in the open stress test because we have more than 10 times the amount of concurrent players we had back then.

That's not really my point. Clearly there is plenty of Promos dropping every hour and soon they will not be special at all. With the amount of players, boosters and thus Promos, what's the speciality in having one if their price is so low anyone can buy one?
