  2. When a player has DND on they cannot receive in-game mails from other players. Whenever a player tries to send them a mail they indeed receive a "Player is busy" message. If a player has DND enabled they can still receive mails from the auction house or the quests/achievements for example.
  3. Patch #400024 Greetings Skylords, Skyladies and Skyfolk, with this patch we bring an end to the promotional code and booster discount from the shop which lasted from release until now. We also added a DND feature and slow-mode to public chat. Most of the remaining changes and bug fixes are minor as we are focusing more on the server with the sudden increase of players. Event Removed promotional code PROM-OMOU-NTAI-NEER from the shop. Ended 100BFP discount to all boosters in the shop. General changes Added Do Not Disturb (DND). This can be toggled in the Contacts window in-game. When a player is in DND they don't receive any requests, cannot be whispered and cannot receive mails from other players. More specifically, the requests they don't receive are: Trade requests Show deck requests Request deck requests Group invites Added slow-mode to public chat channels in-game. Players can now only send messages every 10 seconds. This does not apply to whispers. Adjusted the description of some achievements in French. Improved error messages received when purchasing a booster fails. Added localization for the match desynchronization message. General fixes Fixed error when certain characters were used to search for achievements by name in the achievements window. Fixed map goals not updating when changing slots. They now change accordingly to reflect the goals of the player in that slot. Post patch notes There seems to be an issue where slow-mode also applies to group/team/match channels. Until this is fixed, the slow-mode time has been decreased to 1 second.

  5. Your account has never received enough BFP to be able to buy 4 booster packs. 2021-01-14 04:46:30 UTC was the only time you bought a booster pack.

I went through your entire log and here's what I found in terms of your BFP "history" during your session: You logged in with 217 BFP Deleted 40 mails, collected 779 BFP -> 217+779=996 BFP Deleted 40 mails, collected 166 BFP -> 996+166=1162 BFP Deleted 7 mails, gained 0 BFP -> 1162 BFP Succesfully bought Nature Booster, spent 400 BFP -> 1162-400=762 BFP Succesfully bought Nature Booster, spent 400 BFP -> 762-400=362 BFP Error buying Nature Booster because not enough BFP. Looking at the server code I see why you did not get an appropriate error "Not enough BFP", and will fix that accordingly. What I am pretty sure happened is that somewhere in the steps described above your client actually added more BFP to yourself than it should (so just locally on your computer). In other words basically "fake" BFP that would be "lost" after you relog because you would reload your actual BFP from the server. Now the question I need to try to answer is where you might have added yourself too much, but just wanted to let you know my findings thus far. Looking at the actions you did that could possibly have increased your BFP, I think it is likely your first time deleting all mails might have awarded you 2 times 779 BFP. Because that would bring you to 1162+779=1941 BFP, which is what you said you had. The second time only awarded you 166 BFP, so likely not the cause unless it rewarded you multiple times.
  7. Here are two questions that come to my mind: How are you going to make sure everyone doesn't buy the (cheap) cards and converts them, leaving basically none for the new players? Is relying on supply/demand really enough to prevent this?
  8. According to the logs you only successfully bought two boosters and I see no indication of you having lost 2 boosters worth of BFP.
  9. Try disabling SSAO in the in-game settings.
  10. What is your ingame name? Could you please send us your logs found in Documents/BattleForge/diag? Depending on whether you have relogged since this happened, you need to either send _log_proxy_latest.log (if you haven't relogged) or starting from _log_proxy_0.log for everytime you have already relogged since this happened. And do you still not have the BFP after a relog?
  11. Besides telling you we do not distribute any viruses in our files, there is nothing I can do.

If we take the normal booster as an example: Originally it costs 450BFP, but with the current 100BFP discount until 18th of January you can buy it for 350BFP or even for 250BFP if you also have the daily 100BFP discount. After the 18th of January the booster will be set back to its original price of 450BFP, after which you can buy it for 350BFP if you have the daily 100BFP discount.
  13. Too many new players were registering on our forums, and our mail provider hit a limitation. Everyone who was waiting for a verification email should now be able to login again (you do not need to wait for a verification email). Sorry for the inconvenience.
  14. Well, what we have going on at the moment is that there is a 100BFP discount on every booster you buy until 18th of January (to get the economy started) and a scratch code to use and receive a special card (read the in-game news). Besides that, there is nothing.
  15. 18th of December we had a progression reset because we released. This is something we have said we would do for years. That is why you had to create a new profile.

  18. Patch #400023 Greetings Skylords, this is a minor update that most importantly fixes some issues players were having with their quests, daily boost and booster discount not refreshing. General changes Changed e-mail input field in the login screen to only allow e-mails shorter than 140 characters. Changed the post-game chat notification about received rewards to clarify that the received rewards are upgrades. Before: After: General fixes Fixed players not receiving new quests, their daily boost not refilling or the game thinking they had already bought their daily discounted booster when they did not. Fixed "Open all gold chests on campaign map" quest not working on Treasure Fleet. Fixed client freeze when trying to whisper a player that contained characters from the Cyrillic alphabet. Fixed gained upgrades after winning a match sometimes not showing in the players inventory. Card changes Improved description of Winter Witch in Russian. Reverted displayed attack type of Shadow Worm to "L" instead of "XL", since the conversion of attack type isn't functioning correctly. The attack type may be changed to XL in a future balance patch.

  21. The fact that the thread is still standing is secretly because we are curious what the rest thinks of this (mostly of the seasonal cycles, because I doubt anyone is against reconnects). Anyways, we will discuss our content/updates roadmap in the near future, which includes the idea of seasonal cycles. There is currently no reconnect option because we can only do so much. We will hopefully explore the possibilities of this in the future.
  22. If you want us to have any realistic chance to fix this supposed bug, we need more information than this. As of now, I have no clue what the issue exactly is. Videos would greatly help to demonstrate the bug.
