Speed isn't generally an issue in rpve 9 and below

If you want to build decks with up-to-date cards, you can go on the test server, everything is unlocked there. and you can easily take screenshots of your decks and store them somewhere. Hey TheMan, I can not help you with your first point, that is up to the game designers, but I might be able to share some information about your second point about card upgrade drops. Every card upgrade, regardless of rarity of the real card, has the same drop rate. Behind Enemy Lines has 21 different card upgrades which can drop on expert difficulty.
