kenken353 0 Posted June 10, 2019 Share Posted June 10, 2019 Freezes - Game doesn´t react - Only closeable by TaskManager Happend to me every game after about 10-15 minutes. Also happened in the lobby of a game once. This is after i updated the game today (it said 2 Files/changes were downloaded) Game was working just fine a few days ago (Thursday i think) I attached 4 Log Files _launcher_log_2019.06.10_91.log log.txt log_gd.txt _launcher_log_2019.06.10_90.log Link to post Share on other sites
Kubik 304 Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 _launcher_log_*.log with highest number, and log.txt are enough. when I read your title I think you have same error as "few" others, but when I opened the log I never seen this error before. can you post another logs when it happen again, please? kenken353 0 Posted June 11, 2019 Author Share Posted June 11, 2019 After playing alot today the Freeze didn´t happen again. Which is good. But i don´t know what caused it or caused it to stop. BUT I did deactivate my Antivirus Programm before starting the game today. Maybe that has to do with ? But it was on last week while playing... Aviat0r 91 Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 As stated in the help topic it is essential for the Launcher to disable the anti virus. In other words: Add a functioning exception to your anti virus so it doesn't check any of the BattleForge and our custom made files. They don't contain a virus that will harm your PC. But the way they act is bad for every anti virus. And since we can't sign our applications with code certificates (because they cost a lot of money), it is even worse for them.
