With the Scales of Shadow passive, taking that there are absolutely no means you can heal (considering it's a legendary card, there will always be ways to heal), you're required to take 40 hits before it dies. Has to be 40 hits from ranged or XL attacks due to Flight, seems to be awfully easy to sustain with.

So yes, definitely OP.

What if I made it heal 80% less from all healing sources?

Would still be way strong. Damage limiters to single values are really hard to compensate for...
