My name "Kiwi" actually comes from the first two letters "Ki" from my first name and the first two letters "Wi" from my last name and together it just happens to make "Kiwi" it's also a nickname I've had for the last ten years or so. I also have several friends from New Zealand who don't find it offensive. Kiwi is not only a fruit and what people from New Zealand are often called but it is also an extremely endangered adorable and flightless bird, which happens to be one of my favorite animals.

Your name was changed on our forums for being "UltraCock" not "BigTits" and your in game name was changed to "Bigs" from "BigTits" because many people reported it for being offensive. There is over 63,000 members in our community and staff work in their spare time, unfortunately we can't spend hours upon hours going through every single members details to make sure their names both in game and forums meet our community guidelines that is why we have an ingame reporting system for such a thing.
As for tit not even being a word, there are six species of bird that all are classed as "tits". You can also see that tit has many different meanings in the English language at these following links:

If you read what the notification it states that you need to send the log from "C:/User/dani2/Documents/BattleForge/Diag/_laucher)_log_2019.08.18_598.log to a developer (Kubik) so the development team can figure out what is causing the bug or issue you're facing.

Hello,
When you first run the updater it starts with directx9 and then try to find a directx11 compatible device if it does then it will continue with directx11, if not then it will continue to use directx9. So if your operating system supports directx11 it should use directx11 after the first time you launch the updater. Hope this helps.

Have you tried keeping your AV off totally even after launching the game? Have you also tried reinstalling the game totally and seeing if that fixes the issues? Also you mentioned a row of technical issues, what else have you been getting apart from the connection lost?

There is no reward for completing 40 quests. It tells you in the achievement tab when you will next get a reward for completing a certain amount of quests. Hope this helps. As this has been resolved I shall close this thread.

We have no problem with people playing with siblings and on same IP as long as you don't trade all cards/BFP to one account or do other suspicious behaviour between the two accounts then it is fine. We can usually tell if it is one person or not. We however do not allow that you made two accounts (one to play with solo and one with your brother that is classed as multi accounting and is strictly forbidden). I have therefore banned your most recently made account which is this one.
I use a television as a monitor and changed the resolution in game launcher to fit my screen better for it to only have my tv say "invalid format"
