As far as my personal experiences go, other games seem to have it much worse with toxicity, and actually the community in BattleForge is one of the nicest Ive ever seen. That being said, in any online game, there will definitely be some people who are toxic or otherwise. It's just the nature of internet communication under protection of the veil of anonymity. I hope you will not let them get you down, as like you said yourself there are some decent people out there. I'm not sure in which specific case people were toxic to you, but when in doubt, you could try conversing with them people you play with them. That should give you a feeling whether they are nice people or not. In the worst case scenario that you still run into toxic people the Global Moderators of Skylords Reborn are always ready to help.
I hope this one bad case hasn't dissuaded you from playing BattleForge yet.

Aura is pretty much a staple in most shadow decks. It acts like a deterrent(soft cc) so that enemies will stop attacking you. It’s useful as a delay tactic against a huge army attack, if you have spells or huge units you can take advantage of its effects and perhaps even counter attack

Do you have any chance to capture a short video using perhaps obs or something similar? You don’t need to capture high quality but that might help a lot in determining what the problem is.

Depends on what color you play. For shadow there is
life weaving
Unholy power/hero
infect/frenetic
nature:
typical heal spells(surge of light, ray of light, equilibrium, regrowth)
cc spells(pink, root)
damage: thunderstorm
damage reduction(for friendly units): Revenge
frost:
freeze spells
damage reduction spells( Area ice shield, ward of the north)
fire: damage spells( wildfire, sandstorm, lava field, meteor)
unity(to save her units if need be)
There are many more cards in those categories that I’ve probably missed, mainly spell or buildings but the one I listed are good for almost all situations.

The name: BattleForge Reborn have been assumed by some imposters. Im not sure if they are still using that name. But we changed our name when we had a discussion with EA about copyright issues.
Other than that sweet video by the way. It seems clear and concise. The script might be a little advanced for people though.

- NAME: Adding cards to deck seems to be possible even while deck is locked.

- REPRODUCIBILITY: always
- DESCRIPTION: I created a deck, had put some cards inside, and locked it. Then i proceeded to double left click cards from the inventory, and it gets added to the deck. Relog showed the cards stayed after relog.

Did you try deleting the documents—> BattleForge folder? Then run the updater again

I finished a match and received a booster for my quest completed. I was about to open and a person from the match that just got over started anew match it pulled me to that mach and my booster vanished and I did not get it or get to open it. Gone without a trace.
Normally when a open booster is interrupted, you don’t lose the cards, it gets automatically added to your inventory. You just don’t get to see what the cards are.
Are you taking about the screen after you clicked “open booster” and you need to flip the cards?

i just started downloading the game about yesterday, and i followed the instructions to it , i runned the updater everything is going fine, downloaded the update and pressed play. the launcher dissapeared but nothing happened i thought this was just because this is the first time loading the game so i let it sit there for 2 hours and comeback and nothing comes up, so i go to the need help section and done all the stuffs , nothing works, the launcher worked but the game stayed on the background so im kinda lost here lol xD, pls help.
