  2. and you saing that camp can not make a time difference between 2 speedrunners, because all speedrunners would clear it in exactly same time? Or that camp can make a difference, because there is many t4 units and because of that there can be multiple strategises that will differ in precision of execution and times

So you would like us to create card that kill everything on the map so you can be first on leaderbors if you manage to play it fastest, because no one expecting that card to exist when they was creating the rules so it is fine to add it later, rules will be the same, and players that do not want to use that car will not be forced to, unles whey will want to get competitive times...
  5. his example was good, no one said car can not be used during the race, so someone exploited it after the car was invented, also no one said you can not use jetpcack, teleport or any other device they did not think about when they was creating the rules. These maps already exist, you can simply create them with map editor.

  7. look at upgraded nomad for example there are already 4 points, and no space for another point, and if health would be changed for example and you would make it only a small point, and someone would not notice it then he would be suprised his unit has less health, or if maps is both PvP and there are montests thould the unit have PvP health + PvE health, because they will be fighting both?

  11. Game client was already limiting it to 16 characters, and we already extend it to 40 characters @Ladadoos can you check? and maybe extend it? Server should be fine up to 1.5 milion characters(in email and password together) so there is no limit on server side for any real input
  12. sorry typo "peaceful" like not have to kill all the enemies, just skip them, because you want to "happily skip clearing the last part" I know what "DifficultyVeryHard" is and you may get a nice suprise in that regard

When the map was released that card did not exist so you skip part of map, just because single card check map next time you will be playing it it show you which monuments you should have Because of that I thin it is a bug, that they add card without checking for consequences (not to mention that you have the orb for only 250 instead of 300 power, that can aslos make big difference on some other maps, yes ability cost 160 power, but you get 100% of that back)

I do not see that as problem on discord, 1 channel per card, anyone who will post non related things here will get kicked from server, as simple as that Yes I pay extra attention to people "I know" because I will not need to start game each time and validate that the person is telling the trueth or just look at the card image and think more DMG would be good idea. I am not saying I will ignore people I do not know. Point is if two people say opposite things like "decrease DMG" vs "increase DMG" I will know that one play mainly PvP and the other is speedrunner that can combine t1 and t4 because of combo that is just impossible in PvP.

Agreed, but on the other hand it is also important to know who that person is. Speedrunners "exploit" some cards strengths that may be invisible to someone who just start playing and for the new guy it may seem too week. There are good reasons why to use forum, but what about these good reasons why to use Discord: On forum the name and picture are separated from the text, so I first read the text and then maybe the name, which I most probably forgot anyway, so I have no idea which group of players write what. on Discord I would be able to set colour codes for names that appear above the text, so I would always know if the text was written by known PvP player, speedrunner, or someone I do not know about On forum people write longer posts, but more often than not, they do not add more information/reasoning/etc. to it, just more words If I would create a discord server just for balancing I would have all the permissions there, here on forum I can not ever create sections On forum 1 line and 10 line message take same space so shorter messages waste space, on discord that is much better On discord I would be able to delete messages, here I can not On discord I can scroll up as much as I want, here I need to go trough pages, and I can not really go from newest to oldest, because ever page change move to to the top And on the main discord server for Skylords Reborn is more active people than on the forum

  20. did you ever tried to looking at someone else's deck? cards are quite big so I can not imagine scrolling trough (5+5)*20 cards in 3 minutes. you may try to picture it, but I do not think having 200 cards to scroll would be good. Time limit would not be a problem. 5*5=25 XL units that still seems as a lot to handle and thanks to teleportation I do not think you can compare it to moba games and right now we can not control unit limit

I actually was not able to reproduce it by playing over 5 minutes long match, I already got few logs for this on discord, so I know that error appear in the client, and client disconnects instantly why the pop-up take that long to appear is unknown for me and it is EA's bug we will not fix any time soon (read as probably never), but I do not think that the pop-up time is important bug, because if everything else will be fine it should never appear. One of changes (the only one that should be relevant) on test server is more detailed log for this, that did not show any explanation why but 1 of 3 players said the crashes disappeared on test server so I do not know. no need for more pictures, only logs, and only if you playing on test server (or after the update will be moved to normal server)
  23. 2222 people does not seem to me like not enough to report bugs, they just do not do it I actually maybe did not read the template ever it was written by MrXLink even before I know about this project. (his standards are bit high in that regard) We already created channel on https://discordapp.com/channels/173414671678832640/594960703417483277 for reporting bugs I tried once to spam players with report bugs requests, when I was tracking specific bug and I know when (from code point of view) it happen, but I have no idea when it is from user point of view. after about a week I set up counter so I know how many of these messages players get, I know it was a lot, I see them in logs, with player name, so I message few of them that was getting these messages but so far no answer from them, now it is about 10 months without answer. It was running about 2 more weeks with counters untill I finally get first report, day after that second one and it got fixed. Some players get over 30 messages on screen saying "PLEASE REPORT how you get....". total numbers was something like over 6000 of players get over 100000 of these messages during the two weeks when they were there with counters, but I got only 2 reports, and it took just few minutes to reproduce and fix it. After that multiple players said to us that we finally fixed the spammy messages So I do not know how I can make it more obvious than posting multiple messages to players screens on each log in, do you? We tested 12p maps they do not have any problems other than players can not affect players on other maps in any way (which is kinda important for them) @Treim of course I will want someone from PvE part of community to validate the proposed changes, and you are first on my list to ask, if (based on the votes so far more likely "when") I do it and I am not sure if to use forum or Discord yet.

  25. you can already make the map with the editor and upload it to the server so everyone will be able to download it. I see few flaws in that design thou, in moba games you have one character that you control that can not be on all places, but in BF you can have 120 characters that will be placed on whole map, so that invalidates your choices for point "d)" so everyone will be in offense, all the time. Putting NPC to the PvP sounds interesting, but I also heard that there was maps with NPC and most of them was not good, but feel free to try.
