You can also use discord to speak with other players and moderators to fix ur gameplay issues. He help me there but you must wait until the right person is online. But maybe u must wait until the server has been fixed. Thats a reason why the game is still in the beta But the moderators are very friendly. But do not let that keep you from playing.
