Freeze in game / Must close battleforge

Hi,

Often my game is freezing and i need leave the game to restart it. It happen in game and on the main menu. I have a video but its too heavy.

Do you have a solution ?

crash more often and add log

i cant play anymore, the game alway freeze, sometime i can play 5 mins sometime 20mins..

Im not technical support, but based on similar issues in the past:
Are you playing on WiFi? BattleForge needs a 100% uptime on internet, lose just a fraction and it cant continue. 
Using a VPN might sometimes help.

Thanks for your reply. i have instal optical fibre and the box is just near me, but ill try.

Hello together,

i have the same problem, but the PC is connectet to the internet with ethernet rj45 directly. Sometime the Game freezes in Battle, Music goes one but i cant control the units and the map is completly without fog. It happends to me in the singleplayer campaign with Mo.
