[Twilight Pestilence description correction]

The description for the green aspect of Twilight Pestilence could need an update (It is the same description in-game, I forgot to take a screenshot of it while playing).

•  "form" should be "from"
• "regenerated" should be "regenerate"
• "for" could be removed so it is worded the same way as other descriptions (i.e Frost Sorceress' Ice shield)
