  1. I agree that Expert should give more gold than standard. 3 times more sounds reasonable to me. So let say Expert gives us 10,000 gold, then I would say that 3000 gold for standard is reasonable, but 300 is not. The difference shouldn't be so huge.
  2. Lebovin posted a few videos in this link: I plan to watch it tomorrow and try the strategies myself (it's 2:40 AM in the US right now) But that is besides the point. Must we play only Expert level to win a great deal of gold? What about beginners? how will they earn gold? After all, we cannot expect them to start playing Expert right away, right? So, it will be nice to be able to earn more gold in standard and Advanced difficulties. I am just giving you my feedback. Please see what you can do about that.
  3. Here is the screenshot for the Treasure Fleet campaign gold reward on standard - only 24 gold plus two upgrades. Am I missing something?

Kubik, So here it is - 253 gold reward for the Soul Tree on Standard which lasted around 20 minutes. 150 gold was from upgrade conversion (it would have been 50 gold for common card upgrade) and the rest 103 gold was from 3 gold chests. As you can see, the reward I got is not even remotely close to the numbers in the reward table you posted. My guess is that Advanced and Expert give much more gold, but in order to play these higher difficulties we need more upgrades which we can only get with gold which we don't get enough of when playing lower difficulty level. It's a catch 22. Standard campaign should give much more gold than what it is giving now. I hope the developers can increase the amount of gold reward for Standard difficulty to match the numbers in the posted table. Here is a better screenshot.
  5. I don't have enough charges for "Expert". I can beat "Advanced" in most cases/maps but not having enough charges makes it hard. So I am taking my time and play the easy difficulty to get more familiar with the maps. When it become too easy and as I obtain more charges I can move on to "Advanced" Kubik, As I mentioned on the other post, I will post screen shots of the gold rewards for my games to prove that PvE Campaign gives much less gold than what the chart say.
  6. Kubik, From my experience so far, PvE gives much less gold than your table show, and ranked PvP gives way more gold. I will be happy to post screen shots every time I play one of these games to prove it.
  7. I have been playing all game types, so here is what I experienced so far: Ranked PvP games give the most gold - 3000+ gold in 10-15 minute game if you win, half of that if you lose. Shorter games give less. Random PvE level 6 - I get 1000-1500 gold for 25-27 minute game. PvE campaign on standard gives even less when converting upgrades to gold (50 - 100 gold per card conversion). The rest is earned via gold chests (200-500 gold). So the total of gold earned in standard PvE campaign (assuming both cards are converted to gold) is less than a 1000. That's nothing. So those who earn so much gold are the experienced gamers who play mostly Ranked PvP games during peek hours. They can earn 30,000+ gold a day for 10 games (1 - 2 hours of gameplay) But the rest of us who suck in PvP and play mostly PvE earn almost no gold (1000 - 2000 gold a day assuming one hour game time). So my suggestion is to increase the gold reward for random PvE where level 6 gives 10,000 gold and then higher levels give even more. Remember, level 6 PvE game lasts 27 minutes. Campaign PvE should give more gold for card conversion (1000 - 5000 per card) and 5000 extra gold in addition to that. Unranked PvP games should also give 2000-3000 gold for every 10 minute game time to match ranked PvP games.
  8. I never had a game where I won when I was supposed to lose. So if that is an existing issue, then it is a rare one. I don't think the BFP system is balanced, but that is a topic where 1000 people will have 1000 different opinions. The point is, the way it is set up is not a bug, and it is not interfering with game experience like bugs and crashes do. Personally, I think PvE and Unranked PvP games should give much more gold reward, similar to Ranked PvP if not more. Under the current system it takes forever to upgrade your cards with the way the game is set up now. The one million gold you gave me (thank you again) is already gone and it was enough only for 100 cards or so (mainly for Common, Uncommon, and some rare and no ultra rare). My guess is it would take 5 million+ gold to upgrade all the cards in the game? If I play all game types other than ranked PvP (which is hard to find an opponent) every day for an hour then I will earn 1000-2000 gold a day. This means it will take me around 3 years to earn one million gold and 15 years to earn the 5 million+ gold to upgrade all the cards in the game. Surely the developers can increase the gold rewards for unranked PvP and PvE to match ranked PvP where you can earn 3000 gold while playing Ranked PvP for 10 minutes of game type (if you win). Today, I played a 45 minute PvE campaign game and got only 500 gold. So, yes, the game is not balanced and I just gave you my opinion about it.
  9. Out of sync causes games to terminate early, so I haven't experienced that problem yet. Not sure I understand what you are referring to when you mention "BFP system".
  10. It is not that rare. I saw that a few times in the past month, so I bet everybody see that but they are too lazy to report it. In any case, it's not a big deal. I am happy to say that when it comes down to the important aspects of the game such as PvP and PvE I haven't encountered any problems. No out of sync and no crashes. That is the most important thing. Personally, I believe the game is ready for wide Open Beta.
  11. I have noticed that just a few minutes before an auction was over the "time left" has changed from "Short" to blank. Is that by design? If so, why not change it from "Short" to "Almost Over" ? See attached screenshot.
  12. I tried it several times but never got this message. The only message I got was the Error Code 1. No big deal, but I thought you should know about that.
  13. I am getting this error message when trying to cancel an auction of mine when someone already made a bid. "Unknown Error! Error Code: 1" The message should be more informative.
  14. It's hard to reproduce it when I am trying to, lol. Here is the game log from today. I was able to reproduce the case where I cannot go back to the game. However, clicking on the Active "Join Game" tab didn't re-produce the crash when I tried it today. When no one joins my group yet, I am able to go back to my game. However, once someone joins my group I am not always able to go back to the game. Instead I am taken to the general map. Hope this helps. I will send you a new log once the game crashes again under this scenario. log.txt
  15. Thank you for the explanation. By the way, the removal of the charge did work. I saw that when I logged back in. Which means the crash happened after that. Not sure if that helps any.
  16. Do these logs offer any help for solving the problem? I don't see much information in them.
  17. Kubik, This is a big problem that happens again and again. I host 2v2 Unranked Game, then I go to search players to invite them. Then there no way to go back to my game. I am missing the "go back to game" tab at the bottom left that shows in Ranked PvP games when you go out to do something else. With Unranked games it is not possible to go back to the game, and then when I try to join it from the main map the game crashes. This problem should be given high priority because it prevents us from inviting other players to our Unranked game. Log is attached. _launcher_log_2020.02.22_426.log

  20. I continue to have this problem every day. Short Ranked and Unranked 1v1 PvP games that run for 7 minutes or less don't count towards the "Play any type of game" quest. Does the game have a minimum game time required to satisfy this quest? If so, then that game time requirement should be reduced to 4 minutes minimum. It's very common to lose 1v1 PvP game within 5 minutes because of the rushing strategy.
  21. Oh well. Good luck with your continued reverse engineering process. Too bad EA didn't give you the code itself. It would have made thing much simpler.
  22. Could you add a "Refresh" button to the "Options" Menu which will Log off and then immediately login back to the game without having to enter user-id and password? That would solve the problem (at least temporarily).
  23. I Understand the problem. I am a computer programmer myself, so the other option would be to change the way the game creates (or doesn't create) groups (assuming you figured it out already).
  24. When it happened again today, I tried to remove myself from the group, but that option was not available. At that point we have to log off the game. The original Battlforge game didn't have that problem.
  25. The game crashed when I tried to get back to a 2v2 Unranked game that I hosted. First I hosted the game, the I went to the "Search Player" screen to invite some players. Then I closed the screen and tried to go back to my game. But instead of bringing me straight to the game set up, I was taken to the map where I can see my own game hosted by me. There was no "go to my existing match" tab. When I tried to join my own game via the map, Skylords crashed. Log is attached. _launcher_log_2020.02.17_352.log
