The Skylords Reborn launcher requires a 64-bit system. Please check if you have a 64-bit operating system. In Windows, you can simply do this by looking at your system information (Control Panel > System > About > System Type), or if you know you have a Program Files (x86) folder on your storage drive.

@BurningWorld It is indeed a stereotype. France is sometimes called the Chimney of Europe and was called that since about the 1960s. France actually has a lot of anti-smoke laws but the enforcement is pretty weak, so it is easy to get around. Even though smoking has become less common it still is more common than f.e. in Germany or the UK especially among adult females and teenagers.
