They're low resolution, plus I don't like the way they look. I can grab those too for comparison if you want, it's not really too much of a hassle. also here are the fixed versions. not quite perfect, but I'd say it's good enough E: for comparison I took these of the tab where you build them on a monument. I was busy yesterday (plus it was stream day :D) So no, I'll do it now because I have a ton of time today Also, yes we are working through pm a bit, not too much though. Also here are the orbs, with and without the contour With: Without: Also I can see a bit of defect on the nature and shadow orbs, gimme a sec to fix those. (they're not very well visible in PS)
-
Exactly, IMO it would feel just more "there" if you know what I mean. Also I'll do the orbs now, should be up in a couple of minutes.
-
I'd recommend using different orbs because these look a bit too plain. I'd use something like this for the shadow orb for example. Apart from that, I'd make the black edges look "3d-ish" by adding some contour. Something like this in the shadow orb example. Also do the same thing with the VS screen, make a slight edge to it so it's visibly more separated. This may require more work to do, but hiding the leg of the scavanger behind the black edge and the left two legs and the tail of dread would make it look like they are more interactive with the screen. Just suggestions though

I know this has been said a million times, but yes congrats to everyone

It's the subtle things in life that matter

Hmm, I think I'll cut them out, or leave a bigger outline. Other than that, if they're not from google and of higher quality then yeah sure gimme
-
I get it 100% enjoy No I meant for the image cutouts. I mean you already did the dread charger as a .png file so I don't have to, I was wondering if you did any other cards, no need to rediscover hot water right? (aka. redo stuff) Also here's a sunstriders one ready for rendering. I'd left some of the red and yellow pixels out on the side, should I remove it?
-
Do as you wish, I thought we were working together but if you want to do it by yourself that's fine by me. Also I see that you've already made the dread charger, mind sharing which else you already made so I don't have to?
-
Also are you doing this is photoshop? If so could you send me the .psd file so I can toy around with it a bit?
-
neat, I'd add some effects behind the creatures based on what affinity they are and swap the shield and orb on the right so its symmetrical
-
I can do that, just send me the size etc, itll have to wait till saturday though. Im kind of busy till then
-
That renderer is awesome! Without a doubt.
-
I don't mind The first one looks nice. Btw which filter did you use if any?
-
Pretty much what silencekiller said. The artwork has context so the lighting is odd when you cut out the thingy. If you see what I mean Anyway I think this really only goes for fire, maybe nature units, but probably not shadow or frost. Definitely not frost. I tried it and it looked just really bad. It's really hard to get those bloody crossbow strings.
-
Ok they're not that difficult to make, just be aware that BF art isn't that big pixel wise. It was meant for cards so I mean the scavenger is 500x500 or something btw too much glow around?
-
Sure, btw what size would you need them to be?
-
Oooooh, I didn't read it properly. Ok whatever then, sure.
-
Idk, depends on the quality you want them to be, if it's just "recognisable" then that's easiy, if you want them to be detailed and not pixelated and such it takes a bit longer. Give me a couple to start with and I'll do them whenever I can
-
OK, PM with the creatures you need 'shoped
-
Sure. I love doing photoshop stuff PM me or just quote me here You do mean stuff like this right? also don't worry about the weird blast thing. it looks better on background
-
Awesome! Might miss it due to other stuff, but I'll try to be there
