Any Digital audio workstation (DAW) will do the job. Reaper and audacity are great free ones if you are on windows. Reaper is more flexible and has much more to offer compared to audacity. As for some recording tips - make sure you have a decent microphone, try to reduce room noise as much as possible (echo/reverbs), you can try to make a blanket fort around the mic that is like cheapest DIY option. [Creating map disconnect from servers]

Same thing happening to me too, create map freezes the game and then i get disconnected from server message.
