Frost is the absence of everything living or dying, of warmth and energy. You cannot destroy Frost, you can only create Frost. If Frost is melted it will without fail freeze again, for Frost is timeless, ever existing, never ending.

And it is irrelevant if there is fire, if there is life and if there is death for Frost will rule before and after time itself.
Before Frost every flame will flicker and fade. Before Frost every life will come to a stop. Before Frost even death will lose it's purpose.

Not bad.

However, Shadow is the oldest of the Elements, long before there was death to think of or life to fade away, thus Frost was not. There was an empty void, and there will be an empty void, Nature will be the first to fall (YEEES!!), then, Fire will begone and in the end, Frost will loose purpose, whilst Shadows purpose will be complete
