Okey, you mean deathglider gets unplayable to get in your deck? or that you can't defend against a deathglider?
I think he means with Nature T1, you use more deckslots than fire T1, and therefore you don't have deckslots for death glider, or that if you go nature T1, you need hurricane, and death glider has the same function as hurricane, knock-back s units....

I think that card would be better if it were a 2 orb card. My personal opinion. Never used it but i good. I'm a lost fan.
one of the reasons I dont think this card ever saw play in PvP. There are just no slots for a spell in T3 that doesnt really do enough, to be very honest.

It sure takes long even longer as i thoungt before adding a second alphatester wave or releasing some sort of a date when beta will start (like ind 2-3 month or end of the year, just some raw speculations from the dev team to have a little thing to hope)
but on the other hand i understand that it takes more time since the dev team works on it as a hobby and for free so personal live stands on first pos and somewhere in the back comes BFR projekt.
for me i would like to have a (lets say) topic with weakly updates from the progress even if on 1 week nothing happend because of the RL it would be worth mention it. just to see a bit how it goes to see progress. i know omething like that is up on the forum but in http://forum.bfreborn.com/index.php?/topic/459-battleforge-reborn-actual-progress/ is the stand 14. Okt 2015 so alredy a monthly old post/edit
for me even if i cant play it at the time its a bit frustrating to have not a beeter view on the progress ( at the time floats even the idea in my brain that since this 14. Okt nothing did happen on the projeckt )
so in general all this post togheter i would like to have a topic in the forum for the dev team with weekly progress post even if nothing had changed just to see (yes there is a new post)

It is not that nothing is being done bugs are still being fixed in alpha(right now), just nothing worth mentioning just quite yet. This is the hard part( in implementing gameplay features) ( so I think) of figuring out how the map can be started(coding wise) and that's why it's taking a little more time. If anything major happens you will definitely see an update either in my thread pinned in general talk or the thread you linked.

No, because for t2 and t3 you need to click which color to make, spawning doesn't matter.

I would go max with 30. But this also depends on how the upgrade system will be on releas. I think its best to add this to the todo list for later.
We could also start with a low deck cap for pvp and increas it with every round.
But this brings me to another point: How to control the deck level in PvE? There is no enemy, that could check it. Checking every spell that got used in rPvE would be the wurst.
So no deck cap here?

Wait, so the game would think your first orb counted for 2 orbs?
Playing easter egg(T1) will create a non colored monument, and playing a colored T1 card after that will create a colored monument, so you could have T2 right from the start by spawning two units, since the non colored monument wasn't counted as the monument somehow. I don't really understand how that works since technically you still only have one monument....
And was the bug fixed? If it is changed to a T2 card couldn't you get instant T3?

I think 40 is pretty easy to get. 1 upgrade for 20 cards.
That's 200 tokens.
well the less there are, the more strategic elements exists in distributing the upgrades.

Seen some cool charge + rage effect put to good use. Can solo orbs/wells in T3 if supported against non CC factions.

Funky abilities, but doesn't really fit into any specific roles, in PVE or PvP. If seen use, would be more in PVE though. The power cost for PVP is too high and he doesn't do enough(Basenuke wise) for his cost. In PvP, Mo would be far superior.

But U0 has no charges....t1 will turn into who runs out of charges first.
I thought you were for U0 or all charges allowed?
Anyway, this is starter cards, so basic abilities are not affected by upgrades right? Any core ability of the card gets added on U1? If yes, we could consider it, for eg: Nightcrawler + Frenzy on U1 or RageClaws + Rage on U1, etc...
Otherwise I would be down for U0 -

U1 is not controllable. It either needs to be U0 (which has its own problems) or any upgrades allowed. I vote for any upgrades allowed.
U1 is controllable, You just wont upgrade the particular cards in your deck until the tournament is over. U1 can be pseudo-managed with U1 max upgrade and a max deck level(all cards U1). making one card U3 and some cards U0 to have the same deck level is not allowed. Then if discovered that a particular card is U3= Disqualification. If this tournament is held (almost directly) after start of Open Beta, it shouldnt be a problem.

No. Maybe for some if they affect units, but not all. For instance, you could tell what upgrade an eruption is by how much damage it deals (yeah, no), but telling between U2 and U3 is almost impossible, because u3 makes it cost less power.
I say allow all upgrades. It doesn't make that much of a difference. Or maybe make a deck level cap, say level 80? If the games are all initiated in the sparring grounds (which they would be), you can just check deck level and not click ready unless your opponent is at level 0. But seriously, upgrades are fine.
level caps will make people put more weight on upgrading certain cards to U3 first, probably not a good idea
I agree with this deck level idea. Just for information, if you would make a deck with rare and ultrarare cards, but you upgrade none of them, would it still be deck lvl 0?

Can you see the upgrade level of a spell in a replay?
if it affects units, yes. Just click on the unit and check the level of the effect.
i agree with you and would like to restrict to U1, but there is no way of controlling this. for units it might be possible, but spells? In every match? There are allready roughly 60 1v1 matches. another 60 with 4 players in it for 2v2, then pve...
what we could do: the loosing team has to check the replay, if its valid what the opponent team did.
what do you think about this?
Everyone checks their own units, and if the opponents team found out you have a card more than U1, the opposing team is disqualified, or the PVE replay is disqualified. Most spells in PvP will be easily checkable, but some arcane spells wont be: Enlightenement, Earthshaker(maybe)

I read that upgrades are allowed, wouldn't that give a huge advantage to a player that plays 16h / day for atleast the first days as he could have kind of an OK deck by then while a player that only does 2-3 hours would have 4-5 upgrades maybe at top. I see it as a Starting Tournament and therefor everyone should be on the same level.
So what, forbid upgrades? That doesnt really work either :/

I remember i had a dream about this game. Morning I woke up with feelings i playd Great game but i dont know what game wos that.Aprox. after a week the dream repeated and I realized that game was BattleForge.At the morning i found some old vids.And while reading trought commets i see BFreborn.then i found this page.
What i wanted to say : The game is calling all the Skylords to help It/Her/Him to REBORN.Amazing!! A lot of us have dreams of BF since BFReborn, but that sounds unique! Your subconscious remembered the game but you didnt
