Empire (exp.) Ragged King stuck, unable to complete mission

In the quest Empire, Ragged King got stuck into a cliff and wouldn't move into his position, there was nothing blocking his entry, we waited 10-15 minutes until decided to surrender.
Similar to the bug in King of the Giants where Rogan Kayle and Jorne won't enter into the Rage Gate Tunnel.

Also, asking to attach a log and giving people a maximum upload size of 3.91MB while the logs range from 3MB to 8.1MB? The one I'm trying to attach is 5.8MB
I tried copy pasting the entirety of the log into a spoiler but I get a cloudflare error saying that the website host stops responding. Uploading the log to something like catbox would be easy, but I don't want to risk the link being seen as suspicious.
