I came here to add Energy Parasite. Its Power Drain ability reads "Activate to drain X power from a power well and add it to the power pool. Reusable every 30 seconds." What it means is only enemy power pools! You cannot drain from your own power pool to gain energy quicker, which is however heavily implied in this description. Very confusing.
