So basically the idea is you make whatever changes you want to the team, like adding someone or changing their rank. (It's all just for fun)
My favourite all-time would be:
1. fiki - In-Charge of Funds
2. ThomasMann - Card Designer (We need da watarmalon!)
3. Kiwi - Card Designer (We need dem kiwis as well!)
4. Anonyme - In charge of balance updates (Buff dem wrathgazers!)
