Should I organize next HS tournament? After last one i got some messages that some ppl won't compete in next one. I am not sure that will be enough amount of people (minimum 5). Who is interested in?

  Warning, scrub question: Umm, if i would have the time to make an account and get into the game, can I join or some higher lvl/better deck is required. And that depends on date and time ofc.
