Damage does not differ between with /without Soul Splicer(r) buff. REPRODUCIBILITY: in the forge, always. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: As far as I know selfbuff and external buff can stack. If it does not stack with external buff , there should be some indicator. For example : BloodHorn(Purple) self buff + soul splicer(R) stack.
