thank you for nothing so you have conviced me never to play this game

I have tried to install that game many times, i downloaded and did everything like in the description. When I try to log in I get everytime the message Connection failed so i redownload the game and tried it again with the same result. So please help me to start the game. I have to critisize as well, that your description how to install the game is not very good.
