Appcrash: KERNELBASE.dll Cannot Launch Game after installation

I had the same problem, I nearly did all the stuff that is recommended .. Nothing really worked. Then i started the launcher as admin and in compatibility mode for Win Vista and it worked! No more Crashes since then
