Kresnik1990

Hello, when I logged back into the game today after about a year break, I thought that for security reasons my caracter name will be queried. But I had to find out that the game has created a new caracter. The character name is "Kresnik1990", I could log in without further registration with my email and password. In the login client I can also find an old game under repetitions which can not start / play. Is it possible to restore the carkter?
