i didnt get the bfp for that and the mail said canceld, so there got to be a error in the market place

I had an Disenchant (G) in the market place. I got a mail that the auction has been cnacled and the card should be in the mail, but it wasnt. Its neither in my inventory, mail or in the marketplace 😞 would like to get it back...
