    Yes there is no difference between everything on and off, Low or high.

    Limiting the FPS does not effekt the CPU usage.

    FPS Limit is not working.

    The CPU goes from around 10% to 100% incl. overclocking on every 6 cores when i start bf. After fps limit it is the same.
